Another extra Comfort check knowing it is real. Sometimes when fake ones are put together they're not using every camera on the back. They mimic cameras making you think that you're using all of them. So going to your camera app and try the different zooms. You should be able to cover the different cameras and be able to get images out of each one eventually.

I tried this on my s8 plus was not prompted to enter my serial number. Instead it took me straight to the frontend UI. Any ideas why?

is there anyway to check this info without turning the phone on and setting up an account? could you possibly find the serial number on the box of the phone and have the app downloaded on a different phone, then check the info that way? or is the serial number not on the box?

I realy wonder about this application. But her in Canada the Sumsun Canada is blocked 🚫in the Google play it doesn't upper the application you showed us. Instead there is a fake application which looks the same but not. It's all reviews is completely complaints and the downloads count is under 70 k . asks you to pay ⁶$6.00 CAD then even it doesn't work properly.

Hiya Android Dr, in your app, under the "hardware" tab, what does it say in the "camera" section? Mine says: Rear 12MP, Front 7.1MP, Rear 12MP, Front 10MP.....does yours say the same? If it does I'll be a lot more relieved that mine ain't a fake. Thanks for your help!

Hey mine says that the color of the phone is black , but actually the color is silver/bronze... and the refurbishment check says original, is is it fake or been replaced the coverage? Because that will explain the back panel of my phone is not in correct place... it's coming up and bought it couple days ago

Mine is original, but I tried to put custom rom on it and it caused tripped Knox, the phone wasn't even booting up after installing custom rom, so I had to flash the stock rom, but it didn't fixed knox.
Once Knox's is tripped that's it bro,Samsung pay , Samsung health & other Samsung apps\fratures no longer work

And for some reason it shows me qualcomm adreno 660 and not the snapdragon 888..

Fakes will get some type of updates that will be made to look like samsung updates tho ,so not everybody will be able to spot the diffrence especially if your switchingbfrom iphone or it could be your first ever androod phone so u really dont understand much about it
