I have no idea what time YT decided to do this to you, I started watching @ 1:25 PM EST, so, say you put this out originally around 8 or so AM, that'd be a bit over 5 hours later.
You're not the only one YT decided to do this too.
I noticed this going on yesterday as well with certain folks I watch like "Swedwoods" who's comments were there up to about maybe 10 or so PM EST.
Question, could this be modified with a "construction zipper" & do what you wanted?

That tarp tent is awesome. From a materials and construction standpoint it's well thought out making it more versatile than a regular tarp.
Now THAT'S a tarp!!! Really handy having the snow/wind tabs all along the edges. Very useful in all types of weather.
Don’t let them get you down. I lovely the gear and merch plugs it helps me find gear and add ons to my kit.
I was really impressed by the way those D-rings were attached to that tarp. Looked stronger than any other tarp I've ever seen. I wouldn't mind having a quality update on if that is as good as it looks once you've had it a while, just to see how it ages. --Dan

I think honest feedback sometimes gets interpreted as negative or even hateful. The corporal works his ass off producing great content. He tries different formats and styles in an effort to keep us engaged. I’m not sure he can know what works and what doesn’t without feedback. Keep it up corporal. You inspire me to keep playing in the woods.

It's amazing to me how many "men" are in here sniveling about a man trying to sell his products in order to better his life and not be dependent upon TH-cam for his income when EVERYONE knows that they throttle people's content for certain things. Yet because of this theres a bunch of whiners crying about content.
He's completely honest about the details too, what's good and what's bad about the gear as he sees it.
Your point is valid. The Corporal gets my vote and has for years now.
I guess, even them bitching, drives conversation, discussion and content. The algorithm looks for likes/dislikes and comments. So even them bitching or announcing loudly they are leaving the room, helps. I mean there are people who hate watch something as helpful and benign as this.

what i suggest you do is pack a few spring clothes pin with the tarp for the doors. my house curtains don't close to where i want them they allways have a gap. so i overlap the curtains an keep them in the closed overlap position with the spring style clothes pins.

Good idea about the Velcro. I was thinking you could do a zipper. I like the Velcro though.
I would think that it wouldmbe easy to add some snap buttons to the tarp... or maybe even some velcro to allow you to close it up in certain configurations.
Outstanding AF. These tarp tents keep you nice and warm in the cold winter months. Love the configuration, i use a similar one myself. Thats a way better tarp you have there though id love to get one. Everything ive bought from cc so far has been high quality. I highly recommend it to everyone!

One word, Zipwall. A zipper can be installed in that tarp configuration, making it better than beforehand. You'll thank me in the end...lol 😂😅 Awesome AF, just no steak dinner..😊
I appreciate all the knowledge you share and the ability to purchase those items you use, without that offered it would be a nightmare trying to order the things without viewing them its especially helpful to those over 60 as we seniors like getting out and camping, not to mention the survival techniques you share considering the times we are in and you know what I mean.

I have a suggestion, do you think you can make foraging video's out on your property and teach us more about the land and how to utilize resources to kind of add to the content of your show. Kinda like a resource walk to show us plants and berries and stuff, just a suggestion. much respect 🙏

I'm pleasantly surprised the tarp/tent is affordable given its high quality. The fact it's a 12' x 12' means you could easily try other configurations, possibly a one person config with a floor?

I just went to your etsy store.. didn't see the cups.. went there after watching your mid week vid about 30 mins after it dropped.. no cups.. you say we dont watch your vids. And we watch them too late etc.. I watch all you vids sometimes when they drop other times well when I got time.. right now I was watching it with 2 toddlers bugging for my attention.. I caught the part about your stuff selling out.. but dang in 30 mins oh well that sucks.. oh yeah on Sundays when I go take my 3 hour nap before my grave yard shift.. I put your TH-cam on and let the vids play till I wake up so you get the views.. just wanted you to know .. we watch.. you influence.. were listening..
I dig the tarp tent with a stove in it. Keep on keeping on.
Those nesting cup and bottles are damn near ideal for my setup. The only thing I would say is two is better. That's so you can have a hot drink and hot food at the same time. I have a couple of SIGG bottles as well that fit nicely on my belt kit. That's enough water for a whole day in a moderate climate. That tarp looks ideal too for a one man setup.

If I didn't already have more than enough gear I would buy some but have 3 mess kits, 4 2quart pots and 1 newer stainless steel plate , pot and pan cook set, I have been camping for over 40 years now. And love every experience. You have given me some important skills that I use now. And am very thankful for the time and effort that you put into your work and videos. I will always look for your feeds and teaching.

So,.i think, that you make good points about the tarp working better as either a hammock tent, most of the year, or, as a hot tent, with a camping wood stove, during coldest winter.
I think that's in its favour.
As it allows it to be one item, that suitable in warmer or colder weather.
They make a tarp zipper that sticks on like duct tape. I havent tried it but its on amazon or ebay.
These tarp tent setups are great. Good skill to have. Have a great week and a Merry Christmas if I don't see you.

Very reminiscent of the tarp they teach us to build in the 1948 Boy Scout Handbook. This is the most useful of all the Boy Scout handbooks I have ever seen. Very useful tarp with all those nice attachments. The handbook will teach more configurations which that tarp can be put into. Thank you corporal. Don't get discouraged even though the turkeys will hold you down he will eventually soar with the Eagles
