From your tour I do not see a way to mute the units alarm.
I’m using it as a buffer from voltage sags for a 3D printer. The printer pulls 300-400w and Liebert PST5 850v/500w will beep occasionally while it’s printing. Not like the constant beep when UPS is on battery, just a brief beep once in a while. I’e 7:03 v had the printer on a watt metter and never seen it pull more than 400w, but once in awhile the UPS will beep. I’ve held the scroll button for 2- seconds, but the mute indicator will not come on.

Which model is that exactly? It is not possible to add driver to the software as we support only limited models.

No. The main focus is on local USB, but you have the option to use SNMP protocol.

@@Kerhold1 Mine (version 1.3) could only detect UPS over network and nothing more. USB mode does not changed.

@@vladyer3589 Which UPS are you connecting? Not all Vertiv UPSes are supported. If supported, it should autodetect the UPS.
