I also had this scarcity mindset with a girl I liked, and because of that I started acting in a way that's not natural for me. Of course I lost her. She probably felt some desperation from me and that turned her off. I have since reflected a lot on this and moving forward with other girls, I will never make the same mistakes again.

Matt, It's been two months since I'm going to through a rough breakup, and I'm suffering from breakup depression, anxiety and jealousy. I'm seeing my ex got into a new relationship and posting new pictures on social media, making new friends and enjoying. This is made more depressed because here I can't get over her and she's enjoying her life.

i had this mindset especially now that im still recovering from stroke, but now that I decided to work on myself, flipped my mindset and increase my value as a man i lost the fear of losing someone girls to be exact and its so peaceful

Man, thanks for the knowledge you share here on TH-cam. I started implementing this "mindset method" in many other aspects of my life (such as habits, porn, etc.). I literally have a paper on my wall that says, "I'm disciplined, attractive, smart, and I always do the hard work even when I do not feel like it." But I never did (or even thought about) this mindset shift on relationships. Thanks!

Love the video Matt. I feel that the mindset that really makes you attractive is one where you love yourself. You have to be honest with yourself and then accept yourself. We often times workout or chase money because we are insecure or fighting our demons inside. Instead I believe we need to be honest with our suffering and accept them. Obviously try to fight back against them, but you have to love yourself before you can give that love.

I didn't care throughout all of high school and no girl cared either and no girl came to me. Now I'm at the end of my 20s and get rejected and sometimes even laughed at for being inexperienced and never having been in a relationship.

I would say it is all about emotional attachment.
In a relationship a woman needs to be more emotionally attached than her man.
That is also why women more frequently than men accept violence in a relationship.
If you are emotionally attached to someone you don't beat that person. A man who beats is not emotionally attached but the woman is emotionally attached to him and therefore she stays with him.
This also explains why men who easily become emotionally attached to a woman usually have difficulties to find a woman, they bring more emotional attachment than the woman which will be seen as "needy".
And in a relationship as a man you need to be aware of not becoming to much emotionally attached because if you are more emotionally attached than her there will be problems.
Some women don't understand this dynamics and therefore try to make their men more emotionally attached which might have negative effect on the relationship. Emotional attachment often leads to adjustments and if a man adjusts to much there will be problems.
So the problems in a relationship is usually that women complain about men's lack of emotional attachment and men get bored in the relationship because they aren't emotionally attached and therefore doesn't care about the relationship and instead focus their emotional attachment on other things that become more important like hobbies, friends, playing games and sometimes addictions.
A while ago I overheard two 17 year olds talking at a bar in Cologne next to me. One had a new boyfriend and the other one asked: “Does he beat you?” - “No, why?” - “Then he doesnt love you”

I’ve made lots of videos on this. Check out my Addiction playlist. Here’s what I always tell guys, you have to fully commit to the fact that it’s going to suck. There’s no easy way to do it. You will suffer for a couple weeks because your body/mind wants it so badly. But honestly I recommend going cold turkey. Trust me from experience each day after the first few days to a week of being miserable it gets easier and easier

I remember I tried talking to this girl in person in this program we both went too and it seemed like we hit it off but after I gave her my number she never texted me and never came to the program again (I'm wondering if it was because of me). But I feel like we didn't have rapport/she didn't know me. Now I'm talking to this other girl and we're just friends and she seems so interested and we're going to the mall this Saturday. If I feel a deeper connection I'll definitely ask her on more dates and start flirting :)
