SR is fr fellas. I’m on day 14 and man I have so much energy and definitely getting real lean. Been putting all this sexual energy into fitness and self-care. Women are definitely checking me out at the gym. Had this baddie approach me to help her with her workout. I look at women in a different light for sure too. I used to look at them as a sex object but now I have more respect for them and not really trying to get in their pants. Spiritual is a new level. I feel more in touch with Jesus Christ and fasting combined is powerful. Do yoga and meditate. Really helps your mindset and feels like you can take in the world in your day-to-day

Been a few months on SR, don't really go out much but I went to the gym and a restaurant with my guy. The female attraction is REAL.
