I love the way the front hydraulic cylinders stick out on the arm of the loader! It makes it look 💪
Always fun to watch a good operator. Has his turn and direction changes down pat. His RPM and boom management is very good
cat 777 off highway truck and 992k wheel loader are match for each other these two machines are so good to me to watch another good video from you justin thankd.
Wow that loader is just chewin through that rock with no hesitation! Looks like it is definitely paying itself off
Man knows how to run that loader good cycle time, smooth, and efficient. Got a honey hole from a dozer yea man
Absolutly! The trucks are amazing- complete with side and back-up cameras
Another great vid Justin, fantastic machines.
Thats an awesome looking 992K. The 777F looks very good aswell. I would like to see some more video's on this massive loader (If your able to get some more that is lol)
Great looking machines, Great size too!!!!
Love the sound of big machines at work!
Great video.
Love seeing all the new Cat gear in action.
Kyle
a great video Justin and sure is nice watching that big machine work
great video i like the old 992 and old 777 they sound better have a good day
It must be nice to have a dozer pushin down to you. Where I work you gotta dig the shit from a crappy blast with NO dozer assist & with a 992 it sometimes struggles to fill the bucket. This man knows how to run a loader,he is good. I would put the 2nd gear default on though,as it gets rid of the lurch into first when doing the direction changes, that first gear lurch sure gets old after a couple of hours...
Man knows how to run a loader.
Hey Justin I used to post under the name b16_tom. Got you back on my device now I'm on the PA NJ border. Nice to see the cool bids are still here
Wow amazing More please!!
Awesome video
awsome video guys more please!!
In good loose digging and if the shot is fired correctly, this machine will hog just as good as a shovel.
Im sure he got a deal on that one…:) Man that guy does not waste a move..
Yeah he does
Good loader man .
good job guys
Justin, what are they mining for in this location?
wow, quite the expensive gear there. Nice one.
Precision...
Great Job
What is the service intervals for this machine?
Awesome video's bub...
Greetings from a beautiful village of Iran. I watched your beautiful video. I'm a truck driver. I'm interested to watch like these videos.it seems to be each bucket twenty tons or more
Have any videos of a 993K?
Where is this at
Can someone explain to me what the 777D and 992K stand for at Caterpillar? I figure that the letter is the version of the equipment.
Petre Thompson The letters in the machines model number nomenclature stand for nothing other than the Series. For example, an "A" model would be the first in the series.
Thanks for the info.
+PAmining unless your talking about the D7E cause there is 2 of them
Nice!!!
Cool.
so how many hours do they usauly put on the loaders before there replaced
normally till it costs to much to rebuild. ive seen mine dozers with as few as 6500 hrs to as many as 35000+
Most mine equipment is run till the mine closes, it's not cost effective to repair it anymore, or it burns to the ground. Most bigger equipment is assembled in the mine, so it's not easy to just move it somewhere else, lol.
Some company use until they broken and rebuild it again but some just Sell it and buy a new one, and many company only using the hour just for oil service
We recently got a Cat 480K delivered to our job site and I thought that thing was big.
It's a big machine...much larger than the 992. You may get to see a 994 from me in the future!
Very good operator he needs to tighten up the v pattern for loading when I'm loading road trucks I work the v pattern as tight as I can it's all about efficiency
Look at how fast that big loader is. Tis operator is fun to watch.
This vid clearly shows the benefit of what trap dozing can do for a loaders production, if your gunna skimp on the blast you better put in a dozer to feed the loader.
give them a couple of weeks they wont be looking like that haha, have to work hard to pay for themselves, beautiful machines i love the 994F though never been close to one :(
I'm not sure. Probably around every 250hrs
seems as the new setup for the bucket is faster then the old one. Fast cycletime.Anyone driven both?
Amazing video i love So much the 992k its Amazing loader More videos please 😀!!
Another really great video please can you tell me what happens to the overburden Justin
Yeah , good fluid operator nice to watch
Ya that loader operator is good for sure. Nice work.
Metallurgic bituminous coal
Nope, sorry.

Hi, does anyone know what Cat. don't use the Z bar linkages on these machines for the bucket curl?
The Z-bar linkage was dropped when the 992D was upgraded to the 992G.
It only gives a better view of the side of the bucket. Breakout force is less than z bar and dump time is longer as they are using the power side of the ram to dump and the speed side of the ram to load. Notice that the bucket ram is twice as long as a zbar type.
