Yeah, OCS training is nvr easy but gotta admit standard of SAF training/discipline has dropped compared to the past/with each new generation of incoming OCS cadets. I know of someone who is a regular OCS division officer instructor for the past 10 years, even that person admitted that OCS training for the past 2-3 has become more of weekly sec sch UG (Uniformed Group) training. 😂
@@LeawinLeong nah bro, standards are never dropped. we evolve our training protocols to ensure safety standards. sincerely think you don't know enough/misinterpreted what your friend told you.
@@20pointer What makes you think you know? Different ppl got different view point. Anyway what I meant is dropping of discipline standards. You compared this series to the first season 10 years ago, I believe can tell that the training 10 years ago is really OCS military training. Tdy is more like OCS cadets going for outward bound camp lol.
@@LeawinLeong The SAF has a very strict safety policy and that means that training has evolved to reduce accident risk. Evolution != dropping of training standards, or is that too hard to understand?
