- Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project. I found this so rusty dagger at a flea market. It is difficult to understand this is a reworked or just a small dagger that was used in everyday life as a knife. Well, let's start the restoration.

As usual, with the help of a rust remover, I cleaned the blade and washed it. After drying, oiled. Next, the blade cleaned with a wire iron brush. I corrected the shape of the dagger and the cutting edge with the help of a belt sander, In the process of work I found that the blade requires hardening. Tempered with already warmed oil.
The handle, it was difficult. I ruined three blanks. On the fourth time, it turned out to be done. I chose the handle in the Caucasian style like a dagger, added a brass holder as well. Two rivets are made of steel and one is made of brass. The scabbard was made of leather and plywood.

The recipe of the dish!
Ingredients:
Pork meat 200-300 grams. Onion, herbs, bell pepper, tomato, salt and ground black pepper, mayonnaise, adjika, garlic, thin bread lavash.
Cooking method:
Cut the meat into small pieces, fry in oil, then cut even smaller. Cut the greens, onion and tomato into medium pieces. Add salt, ground black pepper and garlic to the mayonnaise and squeeze out. Mix everything and rub our bread. We put vegetables and meat on top. I used a cast-iron frying pan and a weight board for the final cooking.

I think this is my favorite video so far. I am new to restorations and I struggle the hardest with making the scales. This showed me that even people with lots of practice have mess ups and have to try again a few times and still make something beautiful. This was great motivation. Thank you.

Muito previdente. Sempre fico aflito vendo profissionais amolando a faca voltada para o peito, de modo precário. Um grande risco para levar uma facada no peito se ela se soltar. Das dezenas de vídeos de cuteleiros, este é o segundo que vejo tomar esse cuidado. Muito bem. Parabéns.
