Can you do a breakdown of your most used/valued brushes? Or an update if you've already done that? That is by far the hardest part of makeup for me since they're expensive and there are one million and one options!
Hi! I’ve tried both and loved the putty blushers - beautiful shades, buildable, just all round lovely and long wearing without feeling greasy. The CC is v full coverage, feels lightweight but it will separate and cake a bit if you wear from early AM to evening. Still, a decent buy if you’re not wearing it for a long time.
Milani is a FABULOUS drugstore brand. Several products that are wonderful, especially lip glosses, cheek products and concealer. They would be a terrific full face video!
Yes! So reasonably priced, completely cruelty free and vegan. I’ve started using them as well. I have a really nice cheek product and the screen queen liquid foundation which I bought because of Julia Adams, who loves it.
Do you have sensitive or ance prone skin? I have oily combo sensitive acne prone skin and the No. 7 lift and illuminate dried my skin out and caused more acne- how did you use it?
@@alyssasweetypie very lightly with a small brush (think of a blending brush for your eyes. I think your using to much bcz I have the sehara desert of eurs!!
I have pretty normal skin. Not too dry, not too oily. I have been using the Embryolisse lait creme concentre for about two weeks, and it has been a game changer, keeping my skin supple and glowy without ever being greasy. Love it!
Love the thin liner on you! My thoughts on what you said about getting a lot of requests to focus more on drugstore makeup - these are the videos that I tend to not be so quick to watch because the north american drugstore makeup is either unavailable here in the uk or it's different, so a lot of the time I wouldn't be able to get the exact products mentioned. This isn't the case with lux brands, which tend to be the same internationally. Thinking out-loud here :-) xxxx
Hey Allan, i learnt this tip recently for the hollywood flawless filter, put it on a palette first, then go in with the beauty blender and evenly distribute on the spobge and then dab on ur face. It will make it more seamless and u can get an even application everywhere. Iv used it with embryolisse and it has worked under and over the foundation and it looks reaaallly lovely!!! I hope this helps u and anyone else that reads this 🥰🥰🥰
Loving this journey of yours! Using powder in 2020, introducing more colors in your closet in 2020 and now more in 2021 and now eyeliner !!! yassss!!! :D
Also I like to just spray my beauty blender with a finishing spray (fix plus in your case) and then do one last blend over the whole face. It gives you the finish you were wanting and gives a nice blend!
I watch you because of your high end faves 🤭🥰 But I can’t get enought of No7 stay perfect mascara! Literally looks perfect all day, no smudging or crumbling!
Love the brown liner! I almost always use it in my waterline over a black. I feel like it makes the iris color and overall eye pop as opposed to a harsh black that may just define the lashes/lashline
I know you said you never want to try another powder but if you are looking for drugstore products to sprinkle in here and there, the no7 triple action lift and illuminate powder (silver compact) it is SO SIMILAR to me to charlotte tilbury's!
@@lesliee9231 I have VERY dry under eyes, so I have been scared to use powder and anytime I tried it just made my under eyes look creepy and gross. Both Charlotte tilbury and the no7 powder I put lightly and it works great, minimizes and blues pores and doesn’t look creepy, you can use too much and then it does. Me and powder was a huge learning curve 😂 I’ve found using my damp sponge has worked best but I just tried one of those puffs that is normally used for cushion foundation ans that working AMAZING for me.
@@collettemyers1387 Wow! thank you for the tips. I have that exact same problem, powder is not my friend. I will definitely try your methods out. I appreciate the help.
Love the idea of incorporating more drugstore products! Thanks to you I am now obsessed with Revlon Super Lustrous Glass Shine Lipstick. I love it more than pretty much all of my high end lip products.
I’m a high end person generally. But I’m absolutely in love with the L’Oréal 24 hour fresh wear foundation. I reach for that over any other and I have over 200 foundations! I’m a base and brushes gal but I love that foundation. I prefer the HG concealer and always loved my CT or HG powders, especially the HG loose and their pressed ones. But recently I’ve been living for the ELF loose powder it’s the glow one. Comes in light, medium and deep. It’s absolutely gorgeous!! Gives me the exact finish my HG ones do. I’m trying more and more drugstore alternatives and those are a couple that have replaced my high end.
Maybelline Fit Me foundation is really great. It feels very thin and sits really beautifully. They also have an illuminating option, if you haven’t tried it I would definitely recommend 🥰
I would love to see you review drugstore bb creams and do a little comparison between a few of them! I think a lot of people these days are leaning to light coverage products so I think this would be super helpful!
I love using the Hollywood Flawless Filter to mix in with other products! I'll mix it in with my smashbox primerizer or I'll mix it with a tinted moisturizer!
I would love to see what your favorite one and done eyeshadows are and Karima McKimmie tagged you in one of her vids for that as well. Do you have drugstore dupes for your favorite high end makeup? Thank you so much for your content it always makes my day😊
Your skin looks absolutely stunning in this vid!! Honestly when you just had the Hollywood flawless filter on I reckon you could have left it there, your skin was so glowy and fresh 😍
Love this look!! The eyeliner! I would love to see more close up shots, so that we can see the texture. As an unexperienced foundation wearer I would love to see that in an everyday makeup video.
Jamie Paige, (another Canadian TH-camr) recently posted her everyday makeup, and she always shows close ups of her skin and doesn’t use filters if you want to check her out :)
hi allana! I would love to see more eye tuts (always wearing a mask) and need something fun/different to try! Maybe some videos with how to do bright liners and creative eye liner designs :) thank you!!
Hey girl try this method with the hollywood flawlessly filter.....put a flop of it in with your foundation and blend together very well.....THEN apply it to face....i promise that is the one way I finally got it to work for me....JUST TRY IT BABE

I promise! you. will. not. be. disappointed!!!!
I think you would love a lot of the elf products! I also love wet & wild and Milani! I recently bought the Milani screen queen as a medium coverage/natural finish foundation recommendation from Jamie Paige’s videos and I love it! :)
