GSU was looking and sounding good. Being there was a great experience. You have to be there to really enjoy what these two bands represent. Regardless of the hate gram gets, that wont stop them from being original in their own right. Love to the "World Famed" all day! ❤🖤💛🤍
Grambling played with no emotion, like they were concentrating on getting the notes right. SU had some intonation issues at times in the trumpet section but they were rockin. Grambling sounded good this year but SU for the win hands down.

Grambling is out of their league. S.U. is undoubtedly the best of the 2. And they have a sound that is unmatched by any other American Marching band. The announcers from both bands were annoying; they took away the focus/sound from the bands sometimes during the battle- especially Grams announcer ugh! Both bands were good. The battle was boring. su was the better band.
THE DOLLS LOOK AMAZING😍!!!! The uniform is gorgeous. Also, I loooooove that they went back to dancing together (that's how Dolls should dance; check your tradition). The full-routine was dope too! I wasn't impressed with anything Orchesis did. They need the old staff back . . . FAST!😔 Both bands sound great! That Monica and LUTHER the JUKES played was hittin', as was the SWV Gram played. The JUKES were just better. They had a fuller and higher-quality sound. Also, that New Orleans Bounce Mix was fire! 🔥🔥🔥
Trumpets in GSU's band can't help they need trumpet lessons. They need to work on phrase-building and listen to each other. No one in their section should scream but play full. It would make a heck of a difference.
Man the battle was boring SU was playing off them. Gram sucks SU with the W. Just have the Boombox Classic for the last game. At least you will have a true battle. The Boombox Classic was light years better than this battle if you can call it that. Gram has fell off the cliff that's why we don't see battle's with them in it. JSU & SU are the best bands in my book. NC&T would've smoke Gram hands down and they don't even be Cranking like that.
