I'd love to see a video about the homes in Detroit neighborhoods like Indian Village and Sherwood Forest.

The architecture in Downtown Detroit and in some of the historic neighborhoods are just beautiful. Total hidden gems throughout the city.

You think you could do a video on Detroit’s historic districts like Palmer Woods or Boston-Edison?

I would love a porch like that one in Plymouth. All I need to do is find one million dollars.

We can just build that AND MEGARAGE on your current house. I'm sure we'll be under 1 million 😅

Love 💜 The first one because of the backyard and the kitchen, 💜💜💜 the fourth one that was in Plymouth Michigan because of the kitchen and both front and back porch. love💜💜 those porches the yard was nice and small but big enough for dogs. Wanted to move to Michigan unfortunately it was just never the right time. Hopefully one day

I just visited Sheridan Mi and OMG I loved loved loved it but if I wanted to purchase land there and build a modern home with floor to ceiling windows like 6956 Cooley Lake Rd in White Lake what would I have to do ? Someone said I may have to pay for utilities to be imputed and cost for a paved road smh .. if you can give me some advice I would love your input

This must me the cheapest real estate in the US as far as the size/quality of the home you get. But of course the location is the drawback.

Could you do a video on towns safe close to Grand Rapids? I’ve found your videos very helpful, and I’m looking to move in a few years to Grand Rapids area, but don’t wanna live in Grand Rapids.
