That is interesting and delicious, I never thought of using lentils this way. I always have them in my cupboards especially for soups. It adds more nutrition to the potatoes

Haha! I make this with coconut oil, sambar masala, and soy sauce! I mix white rice and fried kale. It is a complete proteine!
