I always knew it was 5, mainly because If I could jump 4 blocks easily, the developers of Minecraft probably made it so you can jump X amount of blocks with perfect pixels. and I have jumped 5 blocks pixel perfect so many times, just to get that out.
1:15 The guy on stackoverflow actually says that the max range is 5 blocks. The sentence you marked says that 4 is the max when jumping up 1 block in height. But interesting and entertaining video.
It even said "Without jumping, the farthest you can get is 3 blocks" so I agreed with person above me. it mean you will lands on the third block meaning 2 blocks gaps.

@@Prinzherbert i saw the video you're all talking about a while ago. yes, it has an ice corridor with trapdoor ceiling, but no potions, only 1 pkayer who does it. guy runs in the corridor with high ping at high speed, then touches a cactus on the side. since he has high ping, the cactus hits him mid-way, which makes him jump in air, then touches ground 18 blocks away. this is how i can tell you how it is done. sorry for repeating same words much

Ive actually done a 5 block jump, and a 6 block jump before; way before this video, actually! It was part of a build i made in creative mode as a fun project with a couple friends! The idea was to make a hidden base that was nearly impossible to access unless yoi could get through all the traps and puzzles that were all laid out through a 3D maze, and there would be only a SINGLE correct way to get through. The idea i used was to somehow get all the way down to bedrock without noticing and start jump-sprinting just over the void. If you made a single mistake, you fall and start over all the way back from the beginning. It started simple with 2 and 3 block wode jumps, then got to four block jumps angling up and diagonal, and after a short period of making those 4 block wide jumps consecutively, then it became 5 blocks wide going up and vertical, so you had to turn sharply and just right, or youd miss it by a single pixel. After those, diagonal and up again until the final four 6 block wide jumps (all being done over the void) The only rule we had during our game (and friendly competition) was that we had to test the course ourselves, amd if we could make it through even ONCE, that would prove that it was doable and we test and rate eachother's courses
You most likely did not do a 5 and 6 block jump. Why? Simply because it has been proven impossible with calculations in the parkour community. With using elevation momentum, you can barely do a 5b jump with precise coordinates. 6b jump is impossible without glitches/shenanigans.

As a huge fan of the Unsolved series, I wanted to see what this was about. I don't really watch MC videos, but this was really well done. This is a super solid video and that's some fantastic music. Great job dude

Yes I make TH-cam Poops. Thing about them is that they have so much more creativity than one single meme format. Comparing an entire type of video to one unfunny meme format is stupid, and a bad observation.

@@Prinzherbert i saw the video you're all talking about a while ago. yes, it has an ice corridor with trapdoor ceiling, but no potions, only 1 pkayer who does it. guy runs in the corridor with high ping at high speed, then touches a cactus on the side. since he has high ping, the cactus hits him mid-way, which makes him jump in air, then touches ground 18 blocks away.

Ive actually done a 5 block jump, and a 6 block jump before; way before this video, actually! It was part of a build i made in creative mode as a fun project with a couple friends! The idea was to make a hidden base that was nearly impossible to access unless yoi could get through all the traps and puzzles that were all laid out through a 3D maze, and there would be only a SINGLE correct way to get through. The idea i used was to somehow get all the way down to bedrock without noticing and start jump-sprinting just over the void. If you made a single mistake, you fall and start over all the way back from the beginning. It started simple with 2 and 3 block wode jumps, then got to four block jumps angling up and diagonal, and after a short period of making those 4 block wide jumps consecutively, then it became 5 blocks wide going up and vertical, so you had to turn sharply and just right, or youd miss it by a single pixel. After those, diagonal and up again until the final four 6 block wide jumps (all being done over the void)
The only rule we had during our game (and friendly competition) was that we had to test the course ourselves, amd if we could make it through even ONCE, that would prove that it was doable and we test and rate eachother's courses
You most likely did not do a 5 and 6 block jump. Why?
Simply because it has been proven impossible with calculations in the parkour community. With using elevation momentum, you can barely do a 5b jump with precise coordinates. 6b jump is impossible without glitches/shenanigans.
