I find that the most important part during painting is staying focused on what visually works with regards to tones, contrast , colours and details etc. it’s not just painting something because you like it but does it all work together. Stunningly beautiful. Love the teal colors and the changes you made for a less busy background. It is so easy to get carried away with beautiful colors. I know I did the same thing with sage brush. Lol!
