They look ok but the biggest things you should fix are the head / neck, the whole torso, and the ankles. Just do the double ball peg for the head then you dont have to do a ball joint neck and you will get all the range you want from the head while keeping the neck a solid piece. I know you like the ab crunch but that joint combo just doesn't work well plus it messes up the look of the sculpt you worked hard to make. If you you use ball pegs, maybe double ball pegs, you will get the same range if you do it right. Plus if you sculpt the upper torso a little bigger and have the lower edge of it over hand the lower torso more you wont get that ugly gapping and the range should work better for you, plus it would cost less. I know you said you want to carve out the back of the ankles so as long as you give them more clearance and space they should be good since the pivot seemed a little shallow. Hope the project works out though.

I wish one of these guys had a knife, or a revolver just to switch things up between the two as an incentive to get both. Also, make sure the hand plastic is not too hard. I made this comment somewhere else but I think a really good stretch goal with the shirts and interchangeable arms would be making the arms swap with the butterfly joints so you don't see the skin where there is supposed to be continuous fabric.
Don't slim the neck. Add more clearance for the head hole around the socket. Same thing with the legs. Just cut out more space around the crotch for the legs to move. Customizers on TH-cam do it all the time.

One friendly suggestion, maybe make the underwear a neutral color. I know the different colors is a fun reference TMNT. Another set of hands for posing variety would be cool.
I think if you tweaked the split articulation to something similar to Jada Toys SF figures that would alleviate the need for drop down hips.
So, alien human hybrid and while extra heads and hands are included, the alien aspect for them are stretch goals.
