You said these don't have bass, well you are wrong as i have been using them since yesterday since i received it and they are superb in bass. I am using OnePlus 7t and i have to tweak the Equalizer a little in Dolby Atmos settings and they sound better than airpods or sony. Though totally agreed that Jabra sound app is not that great but earbuds are awesome for sound quality and calls.

@@The_unsung haven't tried the oppo enco air 2 pro so can't comment on that. But Jabra's sound quality is really impressive and the bass too. Comfort I would say 7/10 coz I felt a little uncomfortable after 2 hrs but bearable. They aren't that loud so I listen on 90% volume since I love loud music. Still I got 4-5 hrs backup on a single charge. I would say for 2799 it's a good deal. I can share the coupon code if you're interested

So, I contacted the customer support for warranty and now they are offering me Elite 3. So, all I wanted to ask is if Elite 3 is a good choice or should I ask them for some other model?
@@rohanrathore8872 I went to the service center in chennai. they said they'll give elite 2 in replacement since 65t is stopped coming. I asked elite 3 and jabra executive approved request for elite 3 instead of elite 2. now service center is saying elite 3 is not in stock currently so I have to wait for 10-15 days, after that they'll place an order for elite 3 replacement. Thanks for actively replying!
