- Leah helps us with pearl knotting. She uses silk thread which protects the pearls from rubbing against one another and damaging the pearl.

I finally got this down after watching your tutorial. Several others didn’t help. I’m happy to have now a properly strung set of real pearls. 😁 Thank you!
Yay! That is wonderful 💖 Thanks for watching! 💖
I love your pearls' color.
Thank you! You can find all the current colors available here: www.eurekacrystalbeads.com/all-crystal--glass-pearls/
Hi Leah, thank you for showing this Pearl knotting technique and especially how to start and FINISH the bracelet/NECKLACE, as I always had some issues with ensuring I finish my projects nicely and securely. And now I know what I was doing wrong.
May I suggest for you to use a different colour of the worktop cover for your tutorials? Bright white is just that - too bright. It is too hard to see against it the small shiny details like French wire or crimps etc. I noticed that more natural colours of worktop lining, like soft grey, work much better with any colour of beads and findings under the bright lights necessary for filming tutorials.
😊🥰💖👍
Hi Oksana!
Glad this video was helpful for you. Thanks for the suggestion 💖😊💛
Hello, I'm going to try making this bracelet. But I was wondering if the same technique can be applied to making a pearl necklace? How many 8mm pearls would you recommend for a necklace? I know it would depend on the neck diameter and one's preference, but if I wanted to make a fairly loose one (longer than a choker), how many would I approximately need?
I would say about 2.5 beads per inch...but that's just a guess. My best advice is to knot up about an inch of beads (or 2-3 inches if it's not an exact about that makes up an inch of length) and then you'll be able to multiple that number by the number of inches you need. :-)
