My elderly father had the great privilege and joy of having Father Blount come and visit him on the day of December 24 several years ago. My father was beginning to go blind from macular degeneration despite treatment and Father Blount sat with him for three hours and talked and prayed and anointed him while he held a relic of the true cross. On that day, God healed my fathers blindness through his servant father Blount My father went on to die several years later at the age of 95 but let me tell you he died with perfect vision. Praise God!☺️🙏✝️

I had a NDE last year and when I describe what I saw and the feeling I had, it was pure joy. I always tell people if I could give them that feeling, no one would a doubt of Jesus and His love.

When I was about 22 years old, I had a memory of coming to Earth, and I remember the fuel used to get me to Earth was Joy. Pure Joy. Alleluia. There is fearlessness in Joy. I could see the Earth below me and I was falling/speeding toward it, and I had no sense of danger or injury or of any kind of impact or hitting the earth, just that I was filled with Joy. Joy was behind me, infront of me, all around me. I think we all came to Earth that way.
I'm probably hardly ever joyful because of all the stress and financial problems I am facing constantly, and family problems too.

Amen to all of this I have been taught a valuable lesson from this not to be a grumpy catholic but to be joyful. I’ve learned that my youngest son has to have a urology appointment but it’s not until next year I’ve prayed that it can be brought forward so he can be examined soon. Just remember Jesus wasn’t exactly joyful during the Passion - he wanted ‘out’, sweat blood because of his torment. There is a peace that surpasses understanding when we do the narrow tortuous way of the Cross - but laying down our life will be very hard at times.

I agree. And you know what, strange as it is but I somehow cannot take this priest seriously. I’ve listened to many of his talks, and my conscience is somehow telling me there’s something off about him. I do know he’s an exorcist and so that confuses me all the more.

You can bring water, salt and oil to a priest and have them say the ancient Roman Rite of Exorxism over the water, salt and or oil. Most probably won't do it now a days but call around until you find one!

Thank you Fr Jim for celebrating The Holy Mass correctly & the liturgy in Knock last night. Please instruct all Irish Priests and Bishops how to celebrate Correctly Holy Mass as they constantly omit scared text. It was a pity that you listened to the instructions from the Knock officials who instructed you to give The Holy Communion on the Hand… which is an outrageous offence to Jesus. ! … Thank You for not desecrating The Holy Mass by passing around the money baskets which was a miracle from heaven and the first time ever in Knock Basilica who have made a God out of Money.
My question is that,why priest still talking aabout the miracle or apparation if the vatican is not declaring it real???what is the truth???is it real or fake??
It's an ongoing appariton site, hence the Vatican said they will wait until they're over before their final verdict. However, to this point they have found NOTHING that goes against Church teaching and they NOW recommend going there.

It is a crock. Unorthodox messages, lies, priests having affairs and children, DISOBEDIENCE,.... So sad it hasn't been emphatically denounced.
Please pray and fast about the state of Michigan's proposal 3 on abortion, and for a new prolife governor.. It's a horrible bill, the worst ever! I don't think many Michiganders see what's at stake. Innocent lives, to start! Jesus said, "certain demons" can only be rid, by prayer and fasting, combined. Certainly, abortion is a "certain demon," having clung to society for decades. Please also spread the word! Thanks. Please don't just ask for something, ask for everything! God is huge. Also read what Mary said at Medjugorje, facts about fasting. How it has waned. Fasting can even stop wars, she said. We need that too, urgently! But I think abortion, no respect for innocent life is the cause, as St. Mother Teresa said in her Nobel speech.
We must not make the mistake to mix up Christian joy with joyful or happy emotions. Not even Jesus and Mary were like that. They weren't grouchy but weren't living constant happyfaces. We're not closer to God than them.

@@tommedjugorje Thank you. Yes, but joy isn't happiness. In my opinion, connecting joy to tightly to joyfully appearing face like Fr. Blount does can lead us to error, believing we should be happy. We will be happy in Heaven, we can be sometimes happy on Earth, but even when we are unhappy and our face will show that, we can be joyful. When God gives you happiness, good, but don't instruct everyone to have happy face at all times.
Maybe you say, joyful, not happy, but in my opinion, if we order others to have not joy, but joyful face, in reality we expect it to show some level of happiness, not the opposite of happiness, for example.
How Fr. Mike Schmitz put it: Happiness is, by its very nature, circumstantial. Happiness even comes from the word "happenstance", they're connected to each other, it simply means chance. ... We long for happiness, but we're made for joy, they're two different things.
