Thank you father for this testimony. My wife decided she wants a divorce and I have been fighting and praying for her to change her mind but to no avail. I have lost all hope that there is a god that would allow my family to fall apart, but after listening to this, I believe that God is there, he hears my cries, and waiting for the right time to intervene

Your testimony was a response to my crying request toGod to let me see that He is near me even though I don’t see any answers to my prayers.
Regina i learned many years ago as I served the Lord for 16 years and opened his Catholic Bookstore 🙏 I had a prayer box and we used to cut the paper for all to put their prayer. I told people to just write the name of the person not what you want for them. One of my dear friends has MS and her husband left her for another and had another child. The hate and disgust was in her heart ❤. She wrote pages into the box and the next week again 10 years and she still does not see it. When you ask for something you want and it happens in another way you think God is not listening. He answers in his own way and time. Be careful what you pray for just the name. Fr Blount has that simple prayer use it even for your children. Blessings to you 🙏 Unceasing prayers

Father, thank you so much for telling us this. I never heard my adopted mom and dad tell me they loved me, to this day I feel no love in my life. I know I was not conceived out of love, I know I was. not born out of love. I really don't feel God's love. I say my Rosary to the Blessed Virgin, I say the Saint Michael Chaplet. At times when I pray I feel I am just saying the words, I feel nothing inside.

Fabulous. We can relate to that as God send us rainbows as confirmation for big decisions in our lives. Why rainbows?..because when our only son died, as a baby, our three baby daughters asked where did he go. We told them at the time that he had to go home to God. Why?, they asked. To help God paint the rainbows!!

I went from school to 5 years of active military service against communist terrorists invading my country. I too experienced deep anxiety and fear but it took 40 years for me to find the comfort of Christ in my Catholicism. It was worth it.
Powerful testimony - God is perpetually glorious, loving, magnanimous and mercifully just - if only the lost souls could realize that they are more than just physical bodies but eternal souls that are temporarily on earth, if only they could just utter your prayer and reach out to Him and give Him a chance to show His great love for them, the world would be transformed into a far better and peaceful place than its current state. God bless and thank you Fr.Jim for your testimony to His great love for you and for mankind in such a dramatic way.

In my lifetime, God has sent me "stars." They weren't actually stars, but they were moments where I clearly knew He was with me and showing me His presence. I sure am stubborn though. I keep looking for more and brighter "stars." Maybe what He already gave me was sufficient for me. Thanks for the reminder that God loves me. I like to hear that!

My dad never said he loved me. I too, felt in the way, I, his only child. He died only a few weeks ago, the last of my family as i have no family or siblings etc. I am a consecrated hermit. Cared for him to the end. Cared for my mother from when i was 6 yrs old. I have been a carer for 52 yrs. Now, though a hermit n deeply in love with God, i cry n feel so alone. Sr. Carol. I love your sharing Fr. Blount. You are special. God was my dad growing up. He still is, but i miss my father lots too.
As a young child, if it weren't for our Lord, I would have never survived the abuse of my parent.
God kept his light shining in me, though my pain and suffering was great; especially the mental pain.

Something like that happens to me. I was in my bedroom watching a mass online when the priest put up the holy sacrament, I remember I kneeled and almost immediately something came up my head from my stomach and also felt that something came out with a horrible scream. The difference here is that it happened many times until it stop, after that I started hearing His voice and Mary. I was conducted to the flame of love and consecrated to Mary. She did everything. Now I live for Him

I felt that hand once in college when I switched schools as a junior. I was crying in bed feeling so lonely and I felt a hand caressing my forehead. I fell asleep to it. I know it was Jesus.

Amen. May the whole world sees his bright shining star in the sky and know that He is our God and guide for our life. Never heard such testimony before related to stars but Fr.Jim's story reminds me a dream I had on last Saturday (27th June,2020). In my dream, it was dark and I was on an expedition with a group of people. We passed by a vast field on a hill and suddenly when I looked up the sky I saw the stars suddenly formed into an equation like this: (symbol of star of David) + (symbol of the Cross) =... and I heard a voice said "I am strong". Then the cloud suddenly formed into a face of a man and a dog, both were smiling at us. I thought it was a delusion but everyone in my dream saw it happened and we were in awe. May many more come to see His wonders in real life and repent from our old ways and stay focus to the path to our Father.
I see years later I come across this video and I jump up in joy and stretch my hands forth in worship because I have never come across someone else who has experienced this too!🙌🏻I can testify that I have had similar experiences like dear father Jim. Our heavenly Father gives us signs like this. But I noticed only when we most need it, because I think (not sure, only Papa knows!) He wants maybe to build our faith..Our KNOWING in Him. Oh and He has, He has in my case helped in that way many times. Oh blessed be His name forever! love Him so much, what a God we serve!🤍Halleluja!

Your parents love you more than you know. I am not good at telling my children I love them but I love them more than my life, just never heard it being said to me but I always knew I was loved. Not very good with endearment.

I never heard from my parents i love you, very rare hugs and kisses, just on birthdays, christmas and easter when i was growing up, even though they were good parents.
Old school parents were raised in knowing love by being hard working back braking providers.Almost everyone that I know age 40 and up were raised with parents who weren't affectionate like that.They were also shy or embarrassed to hug and kiss their kids especially when teenage years hit.God Bless you.My dad was a provider and a good Husband and Father.He would do anything for his family.I love and respect him dearly.That is just how they were.They didn't want to baby us.They wanted us to grow into young mature hard working civil adults that's how
they were all mostly raised back then.40-80 yrs ago.They were more of a parent.Then a friend.Now parents are first a friend and parent second. Or not even either of the two.This is very sad.Pray to St.Joseph he is the Patron of all fathers.Marriages and families.
