Same scenario happened to me but I hung the call and called customer service of FedEx and enquired and gave complaint to Adhar customer care complaint about data leakage for safety purpose..
Yes I too got this same call. This r all people r located from Rajasthan " Mevad". "Misson Anti Virus " problem was conducted by IG police. After this mission this fraud was reduce to 11% from 18%. Really still more work has to be done.
I even got the same kind of call from DTDC. Luckily I did not fall into there trap. I said I will call again to the office number and will check the details. I call DTDC and get confirm its a scam call.

I sensed it was fake and asked them to send the package details and told them that Hyderabad Cyber Crime DCP was my friend and that I will deal with the issue from Hyderabad. Even I got a call on 14th and 15th MAY 2024 claiming that they are customs from LUCKNOW office requesting me to share more details. They warned me saying that they will file a case and I will get court notices. I have blocked the contact.
I have received the same call, I said I will complain to the police directly but they were asking me to complain through the police they connect. Immediately i cut the call saying you are fake and contacted local courier people and got a confirmation that this is really fake.

Actually I had lots of Fed Ex consignments in the past. So I have some idea about their business. If you book an international item in Fed Ex one has to write undertaking about item and declare about the packet doesn’t contain any contraband item. If one doesn’t know business model then will be in soup. Other aspect I can see a business rivalry with Fed Ex because call appears to be very professional and cool.

Hi, In the same way, 10 days back i got call from telecom department. They said my phone number is going to block in 2 hours, due to other phone number on the same name ( both phones numbers are taken with same ID) is in Mumbai has filed women harassment complaint in mumbai police station. Than i said i dont have any other number. Than They ask me to connect online with police officer and explain to them. That time i was busy in my work, i finally said block my number or do what ever you want... May be this is new type of scam...
The same situation I faced where the call was told to be from DHL. The package was said to have a bunch of debit cards, 15 Passports, 2kg MDMA drugs and 4kg clothes. The caller was speaking in professional English and appeared genuine until he went into defence when I asked his employee Id and full name of DHL. The reference number of the package was invalid when I checked on DHL website. He disconnected the call when I confronted stating I want the local narcotics department to be involved first rather than Mumbai police.
I even got a call 5 days back that your package got returned from Ukrain due to customs. I mentioned that I didn't send any items 😂😂😂. They disconnected the call immediately. But the great thing is you can't even imagine that it is a fake call because we get Fedex voice in between.

same happened to me. using other phone i tried tracking shipping information. Also called FedEx customer care to find if the call is genuine.

I got same call. I was able to get through that call for almost 20 mins. When we are in work and our brain is completely into it. It’s difficult to catch them in the very next minute. But, I was able to say NO and whatever they say I asked them to come through Hyd police… 😂 they disconnected my call at 20th minute. That guy told me a tracking number either… I was trying to find that in FedEX tracking page and asked them to come through Hyd police… 😂 then they disconnected my call…

So never ever give your numbers anywhere. Shops, shopping malls, hospitals etc everyone are selling your numbers in exchange of money.
Central govt should implement strict monitoring and block on using personal numbers to call bulk random calls daily.

Hi, In the same way, 10 days back i got call from telecom department. They said my phone number is going to block in 2 hours, due to other phone number on the same name ( both phones numbers are taken with same ID) is in Mumbai has filed women harassment complaint in mumbai police station. Than i said i dont have any other number. Than They ask me to connect online with police officer and explain to them. That time i was busy in my work, i finally said block my number or do what ever you want...
May be this is new type of scam...
The same situation I faced where the call was told to be from DHL. The package was said to have a bunch of debit cards, 15 Passports, 2kg MDMA drugs and 4kg clothes. The caller was speaking in professional English and appeared genuine until he went into defence when I asked his employee Id and full name of DHL. The reference number of the package was invalid when I checked on DHL website. He disconnected the call when I confronted stating I want the local narcotics department to be involved first rather than Mumbai police.

I even got a call 5 days back that your package got returned from Ukrain due to customs. I mentioned that I didn't send any items 😂😂😂. They disconnected the call immediately.
But the great thing is you can't even imagine that it is a fake call because we get Fedex voice in between.

I spoke with them 2 to 4 minutes and said, I will report to police about the same for which I need this call as proof, so I am gonna record this call and started recording the call, 2 seconds and they disconnected it
Same happened to me.. For 22mins i spoke with them..

Long back ago Naku call vachindhi.. 2 min lo ne artham ayindhi fake anii..I told him that I am police. He immediately cut the call.. 5 days back my friend sent me a speedpost.. again I got call for 2 times 😂😂😂. They are getting information of the courier services and trapping people
