You need to go to station and do follow up. If you are sitting at home and expecting police to call will never work. Please go to station and ask status. I have seen so many people who got their money back atleast something.

Your account can't unfreeze until the case is closed in your account.
Your amount will be returned, but it will take time. You need to register FIR at nearby police station. Then you need to get NOC from court.

Brother, మీకు రెండు దారులు ఉన్నాయ్.
1) సైబర్ క్రైమ్ స్టేషన్ లో, మి అకౌంట్ ఉన్న బ్యాంక్ కి email చేసి unfreeze చేయమని request పంపించండి. కొన్ని బ్యాంక్స్ accept chestay, kani అన్ని బ్యాంక్స్ ఇలా unfreeze చేయడానికి ఒప్పుకోవు.
2) మీకు తెలిసిన సైబర్ cases handle చేసే లాయర్ నీ అప్రోచ్ అవ్వాలి. లాయర్ కి అన్ని డిటైల్స్ చెప్తే, మీకు కోర్టు నుండి NOC Letter or court order తీసుకుంటారు. ఆ కోర్టు ఆర్డర్ ని, మీరు సైబర్ క్రైమ్ స్టేషన్ లో submit చేస్తే, వాళ్ళు ఆ ఆర్డర్ ని, మి అకౌంట్ ఉన్న బ్యాంక్ కి పంపుతారు. అప్పుడు బ్యాంక్ కన్ఫర్మ్ గా మి అకౌంట్ unfreeze చేస్తుంది.
1st method జస్ట్ ఆప్షన్ మాత్రమే, వర్క్ అవ్వొచ్చు, కాకపోవచ్చు. కానీ 2 nd method కన్ఫర్మ్ గా వర్క్ అవుతుంది.

How long it will take usually
Please go to nearby cybercrime station and do raise FIR including all details (online complaint). Later they will investigate and confirm you. It will take some time as there are so many people getting Cheated. You just need to follow up. People who lost got their money back in 6 months. Please be patience and follow process.

Hai bro I also same problem I lose my money 36500 I gave complaint in cyber crime 27/12/2023 I received acknowledgement number 28/12/2023 I saw my status it shows under process my case transferred to nearest police station how much time to complete the process is there any chances of refund I share the phone pay screenshot also in report.. You should not be paying any money to police for the case. It is the service they provide and get paid by government. U need to pay money to lawyer as a fee for getting court order. If police ask money then that is bribe. You can report it to higher authorities.

Once you submit the NOC in station, they will send that to bank to return amount. Few banks responds immediately and few will take time. It depends on the bank purely. Few people said they got within a week and few people said within a month.
