The video seems a bit zoomed-in, which feels claustrophobic, and the mouse cursor on-screen through the whole video feels a bit unprofessional, but nicely executed on the gameplay!
For everyone that’s complaining about it being “zoomed in”, this is because this is a recording from the visor and not the full set like we’ve gotten used to. I absolutely love when you can tell when someone really enjoys a song, seen in the extra movement between the “busy” stretches. The graphics are a tad bit off from the song, but I’m “old school” enough to chalk it up to new tech 😂

Is the timing specific to the millisecond or is there some leeway before and after the block to make it possible to play, like all rhythm games have? He's at least partially responsible. The mapping is shit too, though, you get that.

You can see clearly that the parts of the song where there are fast beats then slow beats, instead of the blocks having small and long spaces between them respectively, there is even spacing. If he did it too quick or too slow to match the pace of the song, and ignored the even spacing of the blocks and thus the needed even timing, he would miss. The blocks arent mistimed just by milliseconds.
Can tell when a song is custom made for this game. Alot of them just sound so bad to the hits. Then you look at ones that incorperate the strikes to teh song and its GOLD. Same thing with the default tracks. Can tell which this falls under.
I'm roughly 95% sure that this used Loituma's recording as a base, and thus has nothing to do with Miku. Although whether that would be a mistake on the part of the mapper or remixer I wouldn't know. Of course, there's always the other 5% chance that I'm mistaken. Edit: After finding it on its own, that certainty has dropped to about 45%.
