If you get invested enough in Melee you should get a B0XX. It's more similar to a keyboard so the switch isn't as bad. Also I recommend learning how to play Sheik because she's easier to pick up then fox.

I don't have a controller plus im just poor and can't buy one lol
I personally find keyboard to be more comfortable. The trade-off is less precision when doing Fox's Up-B but I can live with that.
