Breathtaking and beautiful rumba, especially the calm, non-hectic parts. They have a chemistry and are dancing so well to each other. This has an atmosphere of a great performance, and beauty itself is what they perform. A great video !
Helge Christopherson. This is not just a rumba o knowledgeable one!!!! This is a fusion of different dance genres, Latin, modern jazz, contemporary and a little hip hop, which you seem to know and understand little if anything about, so you think and see it as hectic. Listen to the music o dance guru, it changes constantly in tempo rhythm and mood. they are reflecting all that and are telling a story through that music. Seriously Helge for someone that tells the world they are a world class dance teacher you appear to be almost clueless about dance. I don't think I would want you to teach me how to dance for sure.
Let me add that when analyzing a dance show, it is important to find the core of the show, the centre of the show. This here is rumba, and when I call other parts of the show more "hectic", that is PRECISE. It is of the utmost importance to see this as a hot intensification of rumba, the rumba being the centre being intensified by hot feelings. In a show the tempo can vary. It is is MISTAKE to mention by name other dances, as the centre being intensified is rumba, not performance of a NEW dance. This show is ONE show, not a cabaret of separate shows named by DIFFERENT dances. The opening and the ending is a theatre drama leading into, and ending, the rumba. As a show it is quite successful, by brilliant rumba dancers.

There's an old saying where I come from that says, IF YOU CANT BEAT THEM WITH SCIENCE, THEN BAFFEL THEM WITH BULLSHIT!!! This is Helge serving up another dose of that up to the world. It may work on some but not on those of us with sound dance education. You o self proclaimed dance master have one hell of an ego but going by these kinds of comments no great dance base. You don't even have the awareness of knowing when you are making a fool of yourself.
