ሁላችንም በየተሰማራንበት መስክ ብቁ እና ላለንበት ሁኔታ የምንመጥን መሆንን እንፈልጋለን። ይህ ፍላጎት የተገባ ቢሆንም አንዳንድ ጊዜ ግን ከልክ ባለፈ ሁኔታ ላለንበት ሁኔታ እንደማንመጥን በማሰብ ራሳችንን አብዝተን እንጠራጠራለን። ይህ ሀሳብ ለራሳችን ባለን አመለካከት እንዲሁም እግዚአብሔር ላይ ባለን መተማመን ላይ አሉታዊ ተጽዕኖ አለው። እንዲህ የተሰማቸው ሰዎች በመጽሐፍ ቅዱሳችን ውስጥ ይኖሩ ይሆን? በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ የእግዚአብሔር እርዳታስ እንዴት ሲገለጥ እናያለን?
We all have a desire to be good at what we do- competent and able. This desire can sometimes morph into a crippling cage of anxiety and self-doubt, always having us wondering if we're ever good enough. The effects of these destructive thought patterns on our own psyche and our relationship with God can be tremendous. You'd be surprised to learn there are such people in the Bible! Stay with us to learn how God meets those trapped in a cycle of self-doubt.

Thank you for speaking about things almost a lot of us go through but not talked about in our Ethiopian community we always have to go to the Western world to figure out we are just going through something "mental illness, trauma" and all that and our Lord is with us melewn ngr ...
