Last week, HE the President came to Murang'a, a mere 90km away from Nairobi, to open a school hall in Murang'a High with an entourage of 5 helicopters. For a poor country without natural resources, running deficits year on year, that was such a waste of resources that boggled my mind.

You can't tax the informal sector, neither should you. Moreso we should empower them. The informal sector is our hidden untapped potential, like it was in India. Kenyans are too smart how these guys are able to make these old cars run amazes me

What would be Dr. Rugo's take on Government reducing expenditure in the context of our Country where Government is almost everything. It's the largest employer, largest business customer, largest spender eg. On construction Projects. Does that reduction not negatively affect money flow?

At the end of this presidency foreign companies will be thriving because of tax incentives and benefits provided while local SME's will be closed or dying and Kenyans will still be paying IMF loans,so the citizenry and government will loose money

Why didn't HE President listen to this man in the first place? He could have saved a lot of bad situations that are currently happening in Kenya with the Youth Revolution.!
