Hypothetical scenario: Can you find a fair, good looking, muscled-strong, intelligent dalits in large majority ? Assuming if all the dalits had the above physical and mental qualities.... Then i firmly believe the upper caste would have trembled and pissed in their dhotis and would have fell on the ground to lick the dust of these hypothetical dalits.. Hence PHYSICAL & MENTAL QUALITY OF A PERSON is an important factor to break the chains of casteist discrimination in India. You may hate me for these words but i am a realist.
The physical and mental abilities of a person is not absolute and independent from the social system. It has formed all over the history in power relations. The arguement for intellectual supremacy of upper castes is actually the arguement for racial supremacy and same as the theories of hitler. But this is not historically valid Beacause in 20th centuary India the most educated and progressive intellectual was a dalit DR B R AMBEDKAR. he had studied in sevaral international fame universities and had phd in multiple subjects. Also we have to note that there was no even a brahmin who passed the ias exam conducted first time in India
