Thank you! I've been eyeing this kiln for a little bit. I actually subscribed to your channel very recently because you showed this kiln in your studio tour. I was hoping to eventually get more info about it and you did! There's not a lot of content about this model. Love it. I definitely am going to look into getting one of these.
@@lowco_ceramics thanks for the great video! I agree with another commenter, there's not a lot of content about this one specifically. i particularly LOVED that you showed what four mugs look like inside it. (i also belong to a community studio but i would like to fire at home in my garage. I think starting with a small one is perfect for me but i'm not sure if i need a vent or the door open with a fan. Anyway, thanks again!)
"i don't track my firings 'cause that's not who i am as a person"
amen, sister, you and me, both lol

Sounds like I made this video at the perfect time! Glad it helped on your search for a kiln :)
Does it tell you when to replace things? Is the maintenance easy for someone with no experience?
Thank you so much for sharing! I've been on the fence about this kiln and I think I'm going to go for it. :)
Glad it helped :)
Super helpful, thank you!
Thank you for making this video! How are you venting the kiln?
I leave one peep hole open. My kiln is outside and I just don’t go down to my studio when firing
Thanks for the quick reply! 🙂 How many hours does it take to do a complete firing?@@lowco_ceramics
What did you do before you got a kiln?
I belonged to a community pottery studio

@SKGLJ glad it helped! I use a fan to vent it and just stay out of the area as much as possible during the firing.
