    Such an important podcast.
    Thank you.
    I eat the way I have to. My choice.
    My family eats the way they want to their choice.
    It used to cause conflict, but not anymore.
    Hubby and kids learnt that Mom does not eat sad food.

    Never use your spouse as an accountability buddy. You're setting yourself up for marital strife. Constructive criticism is a fantastic way to scuttle your relationship.
    Pick an accountability buddy who is the same sex so you don't end up cheating on your spouse. That's another cheating gateway. You aren't trying to do it, it happens because the other person is supporting you and thus there is an emotional connection.
