Excellent teaching! I was saved out of new age on June 17th, 2021. I didn’t know that I was in a cult. About 6 months ago God saved me out of Calvinism. I did not know that I was being influenced by this teaching either. They both snuck in on me under my radar.
The Holy Spirit will lead us into truth. I pray everyday to see God’s truth through His eyes and hear His truth through His ears. He is faithful!!

Thank you so much! Sometimes I sit and hang my head in frustration and wonder over people who believe in Calvinism...which I think was partly a result of not understanding right division and the ministry of Christ to the Circumcision. ...I think to myself.....why me God?...And then can only praise Him for His amazing Grace which saved a wretch like me. Peace and Grace to you, so glad I can learn these truths with you, never gets old.

This really helped me understand the doctrinal issues...add into the mix their belief that there is no Millennial reign, no Tribulation, no 70th week, replacement theology, spiritualizing so much of Scripture and generally not seeking to allow Scripture to interpret Scripture and it feels nearly impossible to break through with Rightly Dividing Dispensational teaching!
And yet, they are our brothers and sisters in Christ and they are loved.
I truly feel so blessed right now...an amazing gift it is to understand God's purposes in Prophecy and Mystery!!

The scripture that states “He will abide faithful is merely saying that God will remain faithful to His word. His word of salvation is for those who believe. Believe is a continuous belief in the Greek, not a one time belief. That is sometimes hard for us English speaking people to grasp. We must interpret the original in meaning as well as in word. So we must continue to the end as scripture clearly teaches. So as long as we abide in Christ we are secure because faith in Him is our security.
    Luke 9:62
2And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

@@ColumbusBibleChurch I appreciate your teaching on Calvinism and totally agree with you. But the eternal security people have the same problem that the Calvinist have. They only choose select scriptures and ignore the many that contradict them. So here are a few that contradict eternal security as you believe it. As I said I do believe in eternal security as long as you continue to believe. So it’s not that I deny eternal security I just see it differently because of all the warnings in scripture against falling away. Here are the scriptures
      Eternal security
Acts 27:31 abide in the ship
      2 Timothy 2:12 deny us
      Philippians 2:12 work out salvation
      Hebrews 10:26,27 sin deliberately
      Romans 11:20-24 cut off, unbelief
      James 1:27. Polluted by world
      Mark 9:43-48 foot, hand, eye
2 Timothy 4:7 kept the faith
Hebrews 3:14 if we hold steadfast
      Colossians 1:22,23 if you continue
      John 8:31,32 if you hold
      Matthew 6:15. Forgive others
      Matthew 18:29-35 unforgiveness
      2 Peter 1:10,11. Election sure
2 Cor. 3:14,16 The veil is taken away
      John 20:27 unbelieving, believing
1 Corinthians 15:2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached.
Hebrews 12:15 Be careful that no one falls short of the grace of God.
1 Tomothy 4:1-5 Depart from the faith.
      James 1:12. Endure temptation.
The Bible must be taken as a whole and all scriptures pertaining to a particular subject must be considered, and sometimes blended together to get the whole meaning. For example God is one, but there is also mentioned the Father and the Son and the Spirit. So that is why we have the trinity, the three in one.
We shouldn’t be arguing with one side saying God is One, and the other side saying God is three. It’s simply both because that is what the whole scriptures teach.

    • @AS-jr3so

@@mrnoedahl The reason you come to the conclusion you have on eternal security (not being eternal) is because you are picking and choosing scriptures that do not apply to the body of Christ to support your position. Romans through Philemon contain what applies directly to the body of Christ. Study those to understand eternal security.

Yes the Calvinist god is merciful by punishing by torture those he forced to commit the very sins he came up with! Good job Baucham Sproul, Calvin, MacArthur, Washer, Piper. No wonder millions flock to the merciful Calvin god!
The real God of Creation said this of His love for all man and the Created Universe.
Psalms 145:9 The Lord is good to ALL; he has compassion on ALL he has made.
Little different from the evil cruel god of calvinism isn't it?
The real Jesus said in John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
1 Timothy 2 : 3-6 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all people.
Calvinist god followers say that their god blinds the eyes of the Non-elect so they cannot see or understand the gospel. Yet it is they who have been blinded by Satan. Satan has blinded the eyes of those who are perishing. Satan leads the whole World astray.
Nothing makes people hate God faster than Calvinism.
Nothing turns people into Atheists faster than Calvinism!
Nothing kills hope and love faster than Calvinism!
Yet they are wise in their own eyes and lost in their souls and hearts. They gather around themselves those who speak the same lie!
Wake up and turn to God who loves you . "Repent and be Baptized before your life is spent and there is no more hope for you!
This can be the day of your salvation.
    In Love!

The most important question is, if a person has put their belief and faith in the death, burial, resurrection, and cross work of Christ, can that person still be saved if that belief is based on the false gospel of Calvinism? I sure hope so or there are going to be millions of people that put their faith in Christ for their salvation that are going to be very surprised when they die. Hopefully the blood of Christ will cover the sin of this belief and they will be saved. It will be left up to God to untangle this mess.

@stevie6621, you say that no Calvinist denies believing the gospel to be saved and you cite 1 Corinthians 151-4. Maybe I could be considered ignorant as well, but I am truly wondering what percentage of Christians, (not just those who claim to be Calvinists) even know what the gospel of their salvation is and where to find it in their Bible. My guess is that, sadly, it is a very low percentage. It does not help that in many churches, there are people sitting comfortably and unquestioningly, under the doctrines of stealth Calvinism and are totally unaware of it, and those who are aware of it refuse to let it bother them. Now that's ignorance.

Since many of the Calvinist believe you must show or perform works to be saved, and endure to the end, do you believe that also is a non salvation issue? There are many in Christendom ie, catholics, 7th day advent's, church of Christ, etc, that believe a person has to do certain things along with belief, faith, trust, in the cross work of Christ to be saved. I am assuming you are versed in the book of Galatians where Paul says that if one mixes grace and works, Christ shall profit you nothing! Gal 5: 1-4

  • @BJ-Karaoke

This the usual rebuttal stuff. Not very deep. As far as total depravity, it says whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord. Yes that's true. And those who call upon the name of the Lord are the ones God has given faith to. Ephesians 2:8 says For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God. Our job is to preach the good news. Whose ears it falls on is up to God to work his wonders. Like Jesus said, many are called but few are chosen. I have been looking for a long time scripture to disprove Calvinism and I still can't find it. I want to but I can't find it. As far as unconditional election, Romans 9 is Paul's answer to people's question about if it's fair of God to choose some and not others. As far as limited atonement, John 10:15 talks about how Jesus is laying down his life for his sheep. A few verses later and John 10:26, Jesus says to the Jews there you are not my sheep. Obviously Jesus only lays his life down for his sheep, not everybody. A lot of people use John 3:16 to say that Jesus died for everybody. But at closer inspection Nicodemus is only containing what he's saying to the Jews but Jesus is saying that God so loved the world not just the Jews. He's not saying everybody. John the Apostle uses the word world in many different ways.

You can refute Calvin. ....and rightfully so, seeing what he did to Servetus. But the truth about God's sovereignty and election and predestination you can not refute. In doing so, you discard the Word(truth) of God. And that is not the way of a true Christian. We must receive ALL His word, every jot and tittle. We have been warned.
No sinner can come unto Jesus unless the Spirit of God draws him. (John 6:44)

ALL the glory, praise and thanks.

Eternal Security= God seals your salvation even if you depart from the faith(this you said in another video), yes God is sovereign! Lol 😆 🤣 😂 What's the diff between unconditional election and unconditional salvation. Unconditional salvation is nothing but Roman Catholic theology. If I perform this ritual, ie, recite sinners prayer, ask Jesus into your heart, then God must save me because I said the right chant. It treats salvation like a gumball machine. Put in a quarter get a gumball. Put in a prayer, get a salvation.
