Me too, the heroism in the movie! It is so different from all the western hero movies or anime like my hero academia. Within the characer Ashitaka I just feel a great sense tenderness, courage and maturity.
Got to see Mononoke yesterday at a ghibli film fest. Thank you for this amazing arrangement of Hisaishi!

Hey first of all chapeau my friend. This is my all time favorite song on my favorite instrument. Your performance was really inspired and your dynamics superb. The 16th notes a bit later in the piece really blew me away ❤️ i hope you dont take offense in this, but are the low strings buzzing due to the fact that you do not put enough pressure on them or is it the nature of these low tension strings. But as i said, really stellar performance and the buzzing just adds some flavor to the piece. So just asking out of curiosity ^^
Sorry, late response :( but yes, it's primerely because of the low tension, and that I want to hit them hard in some moments, for musical purpose, but yeah the 8th doesn't handle that very well
