I know freezy said it wasn't mind blowing but got damn I wasn't expecting the body transformation to be so different. Keep up the work my guy, you've done a hell of a job.
He has done great, but the first picture is after he just got out of bed in bad lighting. While the 75 day photo is after a workout with a pump in perfect lighting while posing. So it's definitely inflated. Still good progress though.
Hi Cal! I’ve been suffering really badly for the past 2 months from mental health, I’ve either eaten myself into the state of not being able to move or I’ve eaten little to nothing for days at a time. I barely sleep which means I’m in bed all day doing nothing. Although it’s late at night, this video as most certainly changed my attitude towards life, I may not be able to complete everything but this has inspired me to clean my room, have a shower and get ready for bed for the first time in a very long time ❤️ I hope others feel this inspired too
Going through the same tbh.. You could try the 75 Soft ? It's lighter than the 75 Hard. But honestly, going for a walk for 15-30 mins does you the world of good. Benji was saying a cold shower in the morning, even if it's just a 10 minute one - will certainly get you energised. I'm glad this video has made you motivated though, I'm out of work sadly as I lost my job on Friday.. + this video has made me re-start the challenge in the New Year, sending hugs
@@xovxxvox Thank you so much for the advice :) The past few days I've done as much as I can. I have been waking up at 8am at the latest every day and either going for a run or a walk, I have been doing meditation and cold showers and they're definitely working. Thank you
@@Shaunamariexox Aw love to hear that Shauna ! Great you're going for a walk / run + waking up, every day is a whole new day... each day though will get better
I've got to hand it to Callum, we see a lot of transformations come through the lab, and almost never do we see a 5% drop in bodyfat in such a short time, and to do it while gaining 2kg of muscle at the same time AND improving VO2Max AND improving grip strength it's a truly impressive achievement. We often see people improve ONE of these metrics in this time period - never improvements on ALL the metrics, and in case anyone is wondering, the bodyfat was on a DEXA machine, so we stand by that 100%
insane transformation but to do all that in 75 days is pretty obvious some enhancer was involved. But still need to put in the work while on it so good on him

This is mad impressive. I’m overweight, drink significantly too much, and haven’t done real exercise since uni. I’ve had the past 2 weeks off work and have the next 3 weeks off as well and I’ve been doing the couch to 5k challenge, and generally trying to eat and drink healthier. It’s hard man. Shin splints hurt, not drinking is hard, being hungry and irritable is hard. Knowing the journey is going to take longer, in the same way each run is too slow, is hard - in lots of aspects I can run a 5k easy, however the realisation that other aspects makes it impossible is tough. Anyway this comment is mostly my own therapy now so good night
It’s one day at a time mate! I’m in a similar boat with being the heaviest I’ve ever been and also drinking too much. Need to make a change, the toughest for me is going to be cutting out drinking as well as eating healthier. But it’s something I know that I need to do and it’s definitely easier said than done. Keep on pushing on!
Exercise with less impact if it’s hurting, running is great but you can pair that with cycling swimming and cardio machines which’ll be better on your shins. If you’re feeling hungry just eat low calorie foods as you can then have a lot of it making you feel full without having tons of calories which’ll put on weight
You don't need to end it... you need to keep at your fitness, you can burn cals by walking.. reading a book great for mental health, being a TH-camr/CEO or on social media grinds your mentality. Hope you can keep at some parts

@calfreezy I feel you bud. I also am on a journey to get in shape and be better. I started September 1st, 2023 at 305 pounds (138.34 kg). As of today im 231 pounds (104.78 kg) which is the thinnest ive been in 10 years. The last 3 weeks have been the hardest for me as I was forced to quit my job as the boss was a knob head and I couldnt take it any more. Since quitting, ive gained 3 pounds, lost 8 pounds and stayed the same for those 3 weigh ins. My ultimate goal was to get to 210 pounds in 16 weeks which was roughly the weight I was when my mother died suddenly in 2010 and i started putting on weight at an alarming speed. This video may be just what i needed to keep going for my final weeks. Thank you!

Dude saying that isnt mindblowing is such an understatement. If it makes you want to really be motivated.. my breathing before the challenge was really bad, I only did like 17 days or something but my breathing got a lot better :)
Fair play on completing this challenge; super inspiring. But one thing that I wish was evaluated more was how it felt maintaining the diet, drinking the water, and reading the pages. For shin splints, sit on them with toes pointing out after every workout for about 5 minutes. You won't regret it
Work on your tibialis muscles in your shins every day for 5-10 minutes doing exercises like tib raises. This should help with your shin splints
