The whistle from Ariana is one of the reasons I love her.
Yes that is so hard to do I loved it she is slaying love her vocals and costume this is my favorite song now my friend left me and it reminds me of my crush how he rejected me in the most rudest way possible

the nerve of some people to say that they are lip synching, plssss you can literally hear them breathing and their vocals are raw. Not to mention gaga’s mask has a built-in mic.
i though it was live vocals recorded on a studio, and then connected with the video
turtle shell no it wasn’t you can literally hear them breathing because they were dancing
it is live vocals and a pre recorded performance, if you go back to the performance and stare at arianas mask. Her mask strings change from normal or crossed
Angel yes the whole event was pre-recorded but they sang live gaga’s mic is just for show bc it would be awkward if she perform without a mic along with ariana
Also lady gaga NEVER lip syncs she said she hates when ppl do it

Ok but right after ari hits the high note it looks like gaga looks at her and grabs her arm like ok that was so good before jumping right back in without hesitating. She even moves her mic out the way almost so it’s not picked up on the mic. It’s so cute they seem like they have a lot of fun together.
But I thought she had a built in mic in her mask so why didn’t it pick it up 🤔🤔🤔🤔
As a huge Gaga fan... this has to be one of her best performances she’s ever done!! I absolutely loved it! And I absolutely loved your reaction to this performance, and I’m happy you picked up on all the little details in the songs and vocals that make Gaga and Ariana amazing!!
Ariana Grande’s whistle ad-libs out of nowhere just sent me to heaven.
When Ariana hit that whistle note, your body language change so much. I love watching someone hear her whistle note unexpectedly! Loved it!!
Finally... someone who understood that Gaga's "off notes" in the piano version of Stupid Love were there on purpose to give the jazzy vibe that she gives in most of the piano versions of her songs.
I CANT WITH NINA'S FACE DURING THE INTRO OF STUPID LOVE. SHE WAS SO CONFUSED RDUEVHSIUHVUF I LOVE HER.
i had the same reactions with everything... the lighting, the backgrounds, the dancers... this performance is soooooo perfect!
They most likely had mics inside of their masks, everytime they pulled away the mic in their hands, the volume stayed the same. However there are some flat and breathy notes in there, which lets me assume that they sang live and MTV edited it a little bit afterwards.
The company that designed Gaga's mask confirmed that there was a mic in it!

We got enigma playing in the back ground the mask from sour candy bedside the couch her blanket referencing free woman then into to Chromatica 2 , the mannequins aka plastic dolls to 911 rain on me & stupid love & the “Sine wave” on her mask amazing just amazing

I believe there was a mic built into Gaga’s mask, the handheld microphone was just for the look
I'm not sure, at some point in the choreography her mic gets away for a split second and you can hear her voice come from further away

@@Matthew-ij3zm she is partly true, but partly wrong. if only she read the news where it said the mask has a mic built in it. plus I've seen Waleska Harrera (a vocal reviewer in TH-cam) too and she said it's possible to sing with mask attached on.
