I really love the way you've explained this concepts to me. Am purposing to use the chi square tests in conjunction to contingency tables to do my project. Thank you for this
hello, I'm Malaysian and very grateful for your explanation. I'm taking IB in 2020 and this very helpful in my IA mathematics. Thank you finally I very perceive about the chi-squared test.
You never accept a hypothesis. You either reject it or fail to reject it. Same thinking when you are in a court of law. You are determined to either to be guilty or not guilty. You are never deemed innocent.
..this has helped me so so much, my statistics lecturer has a really really strong greek accent and talks too fast for any of us to understand can finally understand this for my revision!
In chi-square test, the null hypotheses is always that there is no dependency between the attributes considered(that is they are independent of each other), right? If the calculated chi-square value is greater than the tabulated chi-square, we simply reject the null hypotheses, indicating that there is a relation or dependency between the considered attributes. Please correct if there is any blunder in the thought process.
excellent explanation i was confused about the critical region for this table that how to calculate but with ur explantion now i m clear about it n i hope i will do best in my stats paper. thank u so much
EXCELLENT..!!! Congratulaions. You explaination was the easiest I have seen so far. ¿Is there in youtube any video with a better explaination? Thank you a lot!!!
why the chi square test curve is not like normal distribution curve, and how do you decided it is right tailed test, is there any 2 tailed chi square test?
Thank you, Sir. Today I have an exam. I calculated this math yesterday but I can' t remember how I calculated the expected value. I search my statistics book more than 5 times fully and I search many vedio to learn it again but failed. Now I find your vedio. Thank you very much.
If we are really testing whether political party is independent to gender, in my opinion, the expected table should represent a 50% gender split between every political party. The expected table is set up incorrectly for this particular hypothesis testing. All we failed to reject at the end of this exercise is the observed values or the distribution of the responses was actually as we "expected".
So once you determine the C.V. and the significance level, how do you determine if the mean is greater than a certain value based off of those results?
A great teacher. love your step-by-step presentation of Chi-square Test. it's self explanatory. thanks
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! It feels so great, when stuff finally makes sense.
I just passed my Stat 212 project! this really helped me understand the process better. Thanks!

Thanks! I think the rest of the video was right but that makes me question it...
لعن الله شياطينكم اخرعتمونا ، وذا يقلون ذول الخمع
@Felix Carpio I don't think the replication crisis confirms your understanding of statistics
Makes more sense. one of the best videos on Chi square statistics
EXCELLENT! JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO GET MY WORK DONE! I'M CERTAINLY GONNA BE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS - GREAT TEACHER!
You've made my day bro! I can't be more thankful.
God bless you sir! Honestly, I enjoy listening to your lectures. Thank you so much for uploading these videos on TH-cam.

You are such a beautiful teacher. Thanks
Excellent video just what I needed. Thank you.
I liked your video & teaching. Helpful. Constructive criticism: you can cut the basic arithmetic time by about 75%.
TQ for good explanation!!! I'm always search a good video to help my students.
Also, thank you so much for the crisp explanation, this helped a lot.

Thanks for such easy tutorial ...
You a hero man
Great example well explained 😁

excellent video. Thank you!
Thank u very much sir..it is very helpful and easy to understand😊
great explanation
Very nice video. Thanks sir
where did you get the neat table with the intersecting values? how are they derived?
Can the grand total of the number of rows be unequal with that of the columns ?
thank you for the video. Helped a lot)
Very well done ..
Helped a lot.... Thank you ☺
Thank you, quite helpful
THANK YOU SO MUCH!

please make video on correlation regression and ANOVA test
May i know what is the p value in the context of chi sq test ?
Thanks
Thank you.
It's very helpful
Thank you ❤
Thankuuuuuuuu
Thanks for this video,it helps me lot...
Thank you so much for this video it really helped
Is critical value already defined?or we have to find the critical value?
great video really helped
Is this for goodness of fit or independent?
well done. I have a detailed survey data which I could not analyze, how do I have access to your email for more help?
Wait, so wouldn't this be an example of chi-squared best fit since you have an expected table?
Excellent
thanks so much. very insightful
Excellently explained. One question: How can i understand which gender has more impact on the final result.
thanks man really helped
Thnks 4 your support n u r helpfull 4 me thanks ones again u have cleared my dout thnks 4 your support
