The Super7 looks like a stylized Wreck It Ralph version of Andre but Mattel looks like the real Andre
I'm just not a fan of the plastic that the factory that Super7 uses. It's so shiny
Exactly. That plastic is so shiny and just feels cheap. Even JADA has better quality even for lesser price.

I believed the promo pics for the Super7 as you did 😂 Then when the renderings/announcement was made for an Ultimate from Mattel, I immediately cancelled my pre-order…..Thanks for doing videos like this so people won’t make the mist of spending so much on garbage lol.

Man I feel bad for Super7. I was very happy with the renders and when I saw the actual product I was so confused I had to Google to make sure that was the same figure I saw renders for. It is honestly a huge fail.
Andre had a bigger belly, smaller arms, and bigger ass. Both fail to truly capture his likeness. But the mattel figure is the superior of the two.
I laughed out loud when you said the Super7 looks like he's made of butter.
I couldn't come up with anything else at that moment, I stick with it. It's butter.
@@blackwormboyA lot of their figures have the same feeling in hand. If they can tone down the sheen on their figures a bit. They would look a lot better. For the price it is a bit too dissapointing. Works for some cartoon figures but not for everything.
Man super 7 sure have a poor track record with their wrestling figs.
Also that Ultimates Andre is yikes, the faces are funky GOD DAMN, and its weird that the grinning one (i think its a grinning head can't tell) is so inconsistent with the others its confusing. Also the skin tone is too gummy and makes it look cheap, it also comes with less stuff but is MORE EXPENSIVE! Like dang that is disappointing, the fact that a 30 dollar figure does a better job at portraying the legendary giant and comes with with better articulation, more accessories and a better likeness to Andre than a fig worth 70 BLOODY DOLLERS and is meant to be a high end premium figure but overall is lacking behind a retail toy you can find in a smiths toys or a Walmart or target is just disappointing to me, i do expect better from super 7 but here we are.
When it comes to the battle of the ultimates, Ultimate edition Andre wins by an 1000 mile difference, it ain't close.
P.S sorry for the long comment i do that too much to my oen detriment but anyways love the channel and keep up the great work man.
What, that's just the truth not long at all. I was so shocked at how bad super7's was I had a hard time talking about it. It's my new bar figure, I hope nothing gets lower.
@@blackwormboy yeah I hope the bar doesn't get lower than this cause figs with this price tag being that bad are something no collector should deal with.
Also I noticed that when it comes to their wrestling figs the renders look alot better than the actual product, prime example being the New Japan figures.
I was super disappointed with those but this Andre is a different beast.
Thing is Super 7 can make good figures, everyone knows this, but man they can sure make some stinkers too. When they get it right they get it RIGHT, but when they fumble the bag they don't just fumble it they chuck it into a active volcano made of liquid horse shit (a little aggressive i know but my point still stands).
Also Super 7 can seemingly do a good André as there's a figure of him in his 70's look when he wasn't contracted to the fed to when he just started working there. It looks better than this one from a review fellow TH-cam toy reviewer Kyle Peterson did, tho im not too sure on if thats due to better quality or some lighting and my memory playing tricks on me but none the less certainly looked better than this one so why this turned out like it is is beyond me.
The first one they did looked much better, I think they have had a problem with having to switch factories multiple times. And the quality changes each time. I have the NJPW figures but have yet to open them.
@@blackwormboy that's probably the case which I mean fair enough as to how the Andre turned out like this but still disappointing. Hopefully if they plan on doing any other wrestlers that the figs are up there with their best figures
@@blackwormboy Also heads up with the New Japan figures the belts don't clip together that easily due to the materials used so be warned on that as it seems to be a common thing with them.
I thought their young andre in japan was nice, but this is baaaad
