I've done the exact same thing (but without the axe) and all the hearts are missing after I died. Like they're invisible? I keep going through the whole thing but not finding ANY of the hearts.
I know how to get the shot gun you have to 1. At the toy production room mold the ink into the ink machine 2. Go through the devil path 3. Don’t die once or more ( Yeah that’s literally all you I need to do .6. )
