Thank you so much for this information. My husband has just had a tripple heart bypass operation. None of this information was provided to him. In the first day at home, most of these activities that shouldnt be done, he has done, i hope he has not caused any lasting damage. I am totally digusted with the way he has been discharged, with no written information, and only a note for a blood test in a week and 6 a 6 week follow up consult.
I’ve been doing it wrong! None of this was covered in our brief physio education. Also my arms aren’t long enough to wipe myself without twisting - short person issues!
You are very good at this subject Heart surgery and the opportunity to join the people that life accepted and was given a second opportunity to be all you can be with the chosen
The sternum is two months ago and I am trying to find out what I am supposed to do about the poping and cracking sounds with the bruises of a live time
It's been 3 months to my CABG. When can I do brisk walk, moderate push-ups and lye down on my chest for Yoga. I have been doing walking, theraband exercises for arms/shoulders and doing few leg raises while lying on my back for abs since last 2 months. No major pain in sternum as such but tightness is felt which fades away when I walk. How can I ensure that my sternum is completely healed. Before surgery I used to work out in gym being a fitness freak. When can I resume it please. Thanks 😊
As a big breasted women and coughing with out using my pillow I have a constant pain in my chest it’s painful for me to cross my arms or when I’m standing for to long my arm Is painful and I’ll have to sit and relax

My name is Dan and I have a few questions about the sternum healing process and the pulling apart game that I have during the day

I’ve heard that you can sometimes use your elbow from the laying position to help push yourself off the bed??

I thought I couldn't sit in the front seat of a car with airbags until I was fully healed in 8 weeks?
Oh great. I can’t wait.
How many weeks until the person can do the getting in and out of bed technique shown in this video?
Does that mean I wouldn't be able to go skydiving anymore

Multiple studies have shown the 5lb limit is completely wrong. Pressing the button on a microwave takes 5lbs. You should update your video.
I agree, in Australia and they say 5 kg’s. 🤷🏻♀️
