    Your video was the 1st one I watched after my heart attack 2 month ago. Thank you, I pushing it progressively a bit harder as my strenght improves. At least 4 or 5 times a week.

    The wall push ups maybe the best excerise. Remember to do 15 minutes walks everyday.

      Your doctor should first clear you before you do cardiac rehabilitation. From someone who is 6 weeks post open heart surgery.

    You never mentioned when we do this kind of exercise, after healing the sternum chest or how many months after surgery

      I am at 8 weeks and can do all of them. But I think about 12 weeks for most people?

    Thanks for the demonstrations. About how many weeks after open heart surgery would it be safe to start basic squats?

    My mother is a heart patient and had bi pass 8 or 9 years ago. But now her 3 valves are again closed. I need to ask is that exercise will be best for her or some other to open her heart valves. Will be very grateful to you 🙏

      Have her consult a specialist face to face. They need to do some scans, blood test or whatever it is they do. Please consult your own specialists because such questions cannot be answered until face to face consultation with a specialist.

    Are these exercises meant for people who have had open heart surgery? That's what I'm looking for.

      Me too. I just had open heart surgery in Nov 2022. I liked how easy these were. Just anything really. just don't hurt yourself. Good luck!!

      start with 1KG, week later should be able to switch to 2KG, mostly stay with 3KG, it is really dependent on heart condition.

    I've lifted weights most of my life, so these rehab exercises might just be the biggest waste of my time that I would have to pay for.

      @BlueSky-lb8fw 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Maybe for those who have more symptoms on minimal activity. Hopefully your plan will be individualised. Let us know how it went.

    • @jguild45
      @jguild45 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I can tell you how my rehab went. I refused the rehab based on the beginner-level exercises, one size fits all, that's how we do it here program. I'm doing well.@@BlueSky-lb8fw

      Apparently though, lifting all those weights didn't prevent you from having a cardiac issue, did it?

    • @jguild45

      I was born with an anomalous coronary artery. Any more wisecracks? Remember, "Be nice, be kind."@@nishihundan1257

      Lifting weights probably lessoned the effect so he survived the attack. My cardiologist when I asked about cardiac rehab said you could do that but from the exercising you have done on your own in my opinion you are already doing it@@nishihundan1257
