The first two moves were pretty much obvious in that position. I'm sure Magnus didn't go as far as 15 moves here, he just saw that the position is absolutely winning after taking the rook and following up with a queen check

let us look at the bad moves that caused black's demise. it happens with the queen bishop attack against white's king, which never happens fully. that is the reason why black lost, its attack was bad and also its rook was misplaced on white's king side, leaving the other rook alone on C8. meanwhile white's attack was firm and more effective, it was carried out with precision till black weakened. black's worst move was Rook F8, now that rook is playing defensive, a switch from defending the c pawn to now defending both the king and bishop, even when the queen is connected to, and thus defending, the bishop. white's knight f3 move earlier needs analysis as white retreats the knight and thus wastes a tempo, so it seems. perhaps white did so purposefully in reorganizing its troops and setting up a different attack, which white seems to have done as the position over the board changes. black should have traded the white color bishops when the opportunity came. see how many threats white had at the same time, the c pawn was threatened and so was the idea of attacking black's king with the b2 bishop. earlier black's better move was probably queen b6, which would have given the queen more power and prevented white's queen from penetrating black's camp while also it would defend the isolated a pawn. observe that white wins this game because of the grave error of black in badly moving its rook toward white's king's side. that rook never accomplished anything anyway and that allowed white to execute its double rook and queen attack effectively. black's rook f8 was just horrible, failing to sense the danger its king faced at the time. so no brilliancy given to white, it is just a bad game played by black, not what gms ought to be doing over the board. thanks

I found the mate in 15 but then realised that I thought I had 3 bishops 😬

I calculated that good things will happen taking the bishop, but I didn't see you can block the bishop with the queen and start giving up serious material though.

10:58 really tough... as many have seen it is the most likely outcome... You are basically hoping to loose in a dignified manner knowing it is Magnus you'd have lost to and its all good😅

Well I didn't spot all 15 moves but I intuitively knew to check the king with the rook for bishop and force the king out in the open and it'll be a king hunt from there.
