So hang on to that amazing gift you got, it will come in handy - especially when there is street noise outside.
You should hide some cool framed artwork under the floorboards of your old studio. Leave a note with it addressed to whoever finds it. Then one day a builder on their lunch break will find a three hundred year old time capsule containing a slewclops and a personalised message from a long distant past. I think it's a good idea to turn that tardis looking thing into a fart chamber. It may need a ventilation pipe going out the roof though, I'm just thinking of the last person in the queue, lol.
I am so so happy to see artists like you succeed, not just on TH-cam but also in "real life". It restores my faith in humanity a little bit. I have been here since you hit like 10k or something and I gotta admit, it makes me a little sad to see you leaving the old studio, because it kinda felt like coming home everytime I watched a new video of yours. But man, that new studio looks awesome and I can not wait to see the content you are gonna create in it. All the best!
The chair makes the room! And idk if you are a Dr. Who fan, but you could so paint that booth to look like the Tardis or a red British phone box. Congrats on the move up! To have space like that is a dream come true!
