Yep... The 700 dollar handpiece. Also little to no vibration. You can look for something called a "Slim" handpiece.... Just do a 'power carver slim handpiece' search

What’s the expensive set up for tools?
$100.00 if you are just wanting to start with a knife, 300-500 if you want to get into power carving...rough guess.
