I feel crossout it's just useless if you have to waste 3 spots for it and you don't have at least 3/4 good targets or if you don't really need a specific ht to be stopped in order to win. Like, veiler should be one of the main ones and you could see he was playing imperm + shifter + nib.. considering that he also had prosp (which means he probably didn't have another flex spots) and that Yubel can play with shifter, it's kinda useless having crossout just for imperm + nib, because the deck can play through 2hts and around nib most of the times.
Also, on the 1st game blue couldn't use squirmer on dark beckoning beast since he doesn't mention "Yubel" in its text

In G2, you actually can't use Eternal Favorite 2nd eff when you activate the card itself, so couldn't have been able to fusion summon

Zealantis wouldn't destroy anything in g3, it checks on resolution how many colinks there are, so if they get spoly'd away then it pops nothing

@@D.Zerius he probably had crossout just for nib, because Yubel can play with shifter (hence why you can play it) and through 1/2 hts... but I think it's just useless in this sense. Most of the times you are going to play around nib anyway, so I don't really see why he should even play crossout in the first place

Well after people playing against the deck for how long they start to find the best points of interaction, but also it seems like sefk players are getting wrapped up in tech choices due to the change in format
