One problem I have with Miss Congeniality is the amount of times they try to convince you that Grace is ugly. Which is untrue and stupid. Just because someone doesn't wear makeup and wears dresses doesn't mean they don't have femininity. There's some tomboy women who still are feminine, but that's not who they are. It also annoyed me how every single character in this movie can't go 5 seconds without insulting Grace, hell the woman who was responsible for the pageants, as well as the terrorism, called women who are activist feminist are ugly and if you're pretty you're "normal". Still love this film though. I also don't acknowledge that bullshit attempt of having Grace and Eric be a couple. Weak writing on the writers part.
