- Bihar Board topper Ruby Rai arrested after appearing for re-test. Ruby Rai topped in Arts stream but failed in re-test. Two toppers of Bihar Board Class XII Exams already failed in retest while eleven student are passed. Results of failed students have been cancelled.

This is our judicial system. A 16/17 yrs old student is arrested for cheating (her parents made the deal yet she is arrested) whereas matured adult criminals r given bail.
This is not only her mistake..Who will punish the education board people who allows other to write exam for her..

if parents will support ok go for this so it's difficult to understand it's ryt or wrong..it's depends on upbringing..she is a poor student..so their parents or teacher will give this chance so I don't think so she will tell no it's a bad thing....in this stage we r not enough mature to understand which is wrong and which is ryt.. even wrong things are more attractive in this period..ppl are mostly doing in this period of tym..if no one tell you beta this wrong and difficult to understand..
i have already answered that may be she was brainwashed but then tell me why arrest her parents , there is a fair chance of possibility that her parents were also brainwashed by her grandparents and they were brought up like this , do you think just turning 18 and getting a title of adult gives you the sense of right or wrong?? i think a 17 year old also has some sense in general, in my opinion if punishment is to be given then it is to be given to both her and her parents , she shouldnt get a let go pass just because shes not 18 , a 17 year old person in general i think can see the harsh consequences of getting caught after cheating , she is not innocent if she has agreed to cheat.
+koveed arora I agree that a teenagers mind can very well distinguish between whts wrong and right, but at the same time it is subject to changes as well. taking her in a few days custody and rehabilitation might be an appropriate measure... infact this case is very much hyped over, their are many students living in cities who do the same things and are never noticed...:(

These media needs only TRP targeting a minor girl who does not even know how it happened. Culprits are Father , Teachers who corrected her papers and all those administrative officers involved in this .Why is the media not talking about them , So sorry picture for this minor girl... I would like to convey to all the people that Bihari's are not the shame on India! They are as total an Indian as a Marathi,Punjabi or Kairali is. Instead of condemning the system efforts should be made to improve it! Remember ; it was this only BIHAR in ancient times where the universities of nalanda and magadh were located. Even today all know about SUPER 30 and performance of bihari and bengali students especially in the IAS and other competitive exams!
