It's because of nexus ( neet scam exposed part of it), advantage of Hindi language and the population of Hindi belt. Even exceptions are a large number because of their large population. Also the psycho fancy for a govt job that will allow a high dowry , nexus with politicians from Hindi belt ( maximum seats from Hindi belt) and rampant scope to take bribes .you will never find an Amartya Sen or a venkatraman Ramakrishnan from Bihar in a foreign university.

बिलकुल सही कह रहे है आप एक शिक्षक देश के भविष्य हमारे बच्चों को ऐसी शिक्षा दे रहें है की यह बच्चे अगर अपना कोई काम भी करना चाहे तो नही कर पाए। सभी कार्यरत शिक्षकों की एक परीक्षा तो होनी ही चाहिए।
प्राइवेट स्कूल की तरह PTM आदि की सुविधा होनी चाहिए।
माता पिता को स्कूल जाकर शिक्षकों से बात करनी चाहिए और प्रशासन को ठोस कदम उठाना चाहिए।

ऐसा नहीं हैं कि सारे स्कूल एक जैसे होते है। मैं भी सरकारी स्कूल से पढ़ा हूं। गरीबी में पला था पर शिक्षा का दामन थामे रखा। रिक्शा चलाता था और English सीखता था। लोग मज़ाक उड़ाते थे लेकिन आज fluently English बोलता हूं और लोगों को Online पढ़ाता हूं। शिक्षा ही गरीबी से निकलने का एक मात्र तरीका है।

Really...I'm speechless regarding the future of the children having such kind of education but ek baat main aap sb se kehna chahungi,infact this msg should be conveyed directly to our respectable PM, I'm thoroughly convent educated,M.A.and B.Ed with 76%marks and distinction in English...still unable to get govt.job and struggling in private schools,is ke peechhe reason kya h..kahan galti ho gyi...sirf ye kasoor hua ki I got married..badhti umr aur zimmedariyon k sath aage ki studies pehle jaisi nahi ho pati..thus I couldn't qualify UPTET..to kya hua agr B.Ed me distiction hai...UPTET clear hoga..even then Super tet clear hoga tab hi job milegi... and the teachers who can't even spell the word English are getting paid with high salary...plz do justice with the people like us..I think we deserve to be appointed without having qualified Uptet or Ctet..
