@@lucateuscher5559 It isn’t difficult to practice alone, all you need is cones and lay them like this. I use this sign as a cone ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ (first cone) So first you dribble diagonal to your first cone (use your right foot for the skill) when you finished with the skill use your left foot to dribble to the left cone (use your left feet to practice the skill) on the next. If you want to make it more fun you can place a goal by the end of the last cone and shoot it. When I played U-12 we used to practice this for the whole season, everyone hated this but in the end it helped us. (Based in Holland)
I just want to personally thank you guys for all you have done for me. Last year around this time I saw a couple skills from you guys and I have been working on them almost everyday since. I now incorporate these skills into almost every game and practice. So really thank you so much!!
Alright kachow best for skill is brake it down step by step. Then piece it together. But if you then try it on the pitch don't forget awareness just to make sure once you've beaten your man you don't run into traffic. All the best 👍 ⚽🏃
@@tzpeditz9669 step over variation. Body feints then change direction. Elastico . Roulette. Stanley Mathew. Chop. Cruyff turn. These are simple skills but are effective in a game remember get your dribbling right fight. You should be dribbling with the out step of foot.
Best thing to remember about any move is that it needs to be practiced until it comes naturally and without effort. Remember to practice it enough so that you don’t ever mess it up. 2ndly, be careful to not go too fast, you want to be selling these moves, so keep that in mind and read your defender.
Another fantastic video! Can you teach us: when receiving the pass or throw-in ( the ball could come from the air, on the ground, or maybe the ball is being thrown to your stomach area), in the meantime, there's a defender closely on your back and pushes you right at the moment that you are about to receive the ball. I have been strugging with this, pls help, thank you!!!
If he’s very aggressive the whole time it’s easier cause you know where your opponent is in every moment (and with your arms it will be easy to keep him at distance), in that case keep your center of gravity low and control your opponent with your arm then pass the ball with a volley/one touch. The problem is if he’s good and doesn’t give you any contact till the last second and then try to anticipate and intercept the pass. In that last case you know your opponent is a good defender, what you can do is to pull his shirt to your back to always know where the defender is then move towards the ball and pass it with a volley/one touch. If he’s both physically stronger and quicker than you there’s not much you can do because he will always push you to the side and get the ball. The key is always to be in front of your defender (so always look for contact and control him with your arm) and to play the ball with one touch, the easy option is to play the ball back to the one who passed it to you. A more advanced play is to look at your surroundings before your teammate passes the ball to you, then play it with 1 or 2 touches to distant teammates.
Lad, You guys are the best because of you guys in my school I was a football champ with 4 consecutive tournament wins and our team stayed the best of the best for over 4 years.
Its been 4 years I left playing football getting again a grip on it so came here to watch some skills Back then i used to watch only unisport and its was the best at that time (still) Now i see there are many channels and many good creators Just wondering about saturation and competition the world has become
Practice, practice, practice and then practice. Then try against someone who knows how to deffend to help build your confidence. That's the advice I give my son. Good luck 👍⚽🏃
Football is played from your head everything else is just a tool. Think first before you act. And don't listern to negative people. Just enjoy playing 👍⚽🏃
For everyone who wants to become a pro. Get your basics right, like bal control, passing, easy chops, getting better with your weak foot. That is what my trainer Simon Tahamata always said, search him up on TH-cam, a moluccan footballing legend
One question regarding throw rule from side line. If a Player throws ball from sideline and throws outside of the line not inside to his team mates. Is that a retake Throw or the opponent gets to throw the ball, I know this scenario is very very less likely to happen but still?
1. L drag - 0:46

For me I try to brace my self and lean back expecting the push. But most players now days would flop to get a freekick.
