As Salaam Alaikum! I made this yesterday for Iftar and it was a hit with my family. My husband and daughter are picky eaters and they were wowed. I used kabab chini (idea from one of your commenters) instead of allspice ( was not even sure what that is) and dry roasted the spices and ground them using a mortar pestle to enhance flavor. I did not squeeze out the water from the onion and this had to use extra breadcrumbs. The measurements of the spice was perfect as we don’t eat very spicy.
