Nice video. I actually installed chrome OS on my 2012 Mac mini to give it new life.
Bad Idea. Just run the latest apps and macOS it is capable of. ChromeOS lacks almost any decent software and as I have pointed out causes all sorts of problems with file formats and having to work online.

Too many Chromebook brands and models. You'll have to narrow it down... They usually range from as low as $100 to over $1,000
How do you get Apps like *Google Play Books* to run if you don't have Internet?
You can't use chrome properly without internet
@@sandrascotland3639 So I have discovered. Which makes having my Chromebook pretty useless when I try and use it when commuting.
The thing that really annoys the crap out of me is it won't open ePubs I have on my internal SSD it insists on redownloading them from Dropbox. Also it won't open some ePubs which open fine on my Mac and PC.
Another annoyance is when it has a slow process you don't know if it has locked up or is just taking its sweet time because there is no progress shown.

Every single computer or tablet or smartphone lets you have Multiple Users. That is not a Chromebook feature.
