The subtle foreshadowing here and there, some red herrings, like making Haqua appear to be a vintage goon, when trying to revive Mars, or the appearances of Nikaido at some moments, making her look pretty suspicious. Because seeing a very competent disinterested MC romance a wide variety of personalities is very interesting and doesn't carry with it the icky romance protagonist character tropes. Keima is the original ayanokoji and the heroines are basically the tests but episodic and with a lot more comedy.

Indeed. I'm currently at the two final episodes of season 3. I loved the show from the beginning, my standards and expectations were high for season 3. But then after finally catching up on the parts of the manga that were skipped, and finally starting the first episode of season 3, I was still blown completely out of the water. Probably one of the best first episodes of a season I've seen in a long long time. And throughout the season as well, I've smiled, I've awwwed, I've cried, I've been pushed to the edge of my seat, and most importantly I have laughed. Masterpiece is truly the right word. I can't say for certain yet, but this anime may be among my top three of all time.
You should read the manga in unison with watching the anime because there are certain things the anime missed out, and the anime doesn't reach the end of the manga. You can find a guide online

Damn im so obsessed with this series. The manga, the anime, the songs, the girls, everything is just so beautiful. Everytime i watch some TWGOK related media, i got a hard goosebumps. Especially with chihiro songs, the first time i read her song in the manga, I can't wait for it to be animated. The lyrics are very relatable both for me and chihiro itself. God

- Manga spoiler warning - Best part about this song is how the end of the song loops back to the opening of the first season, just like how Keima looped the events of the past to make sure the start of the series happened. The song is a direct parallel to his quest, both in searching for the goddesses and the end of the series tied to the start.
I've rewatched the anime again after 3 years, back then i didn't think much of it but now, i've realized. The world god only knows is truly a hidden gem
TWGOK is surely one of the most ambitious anime project in history. Not only the animation quality is high, all the soundtracks are very beautiful. And they managed to achieve this for all the three seasons! Too bad Manglobe -- the studio who produced this, went bankrupt and we won't see another season of this masterpiece.
U know they kissed out 2-3 seasons worth by skipping some of the manga? Like the mc conquered 4-6 between season 2 and season 3 and then alot more happened after season 3

it's been 8 years since I last saw this anime yet nothing ever changed. Still the same vibes, the same hype, the same feelings as to when I first watched this anime. Eveything about this anime/manga, ost, the characters are just pure majestic. This masterpiece will forever be in my heart and nothing could ever change that.
I re-watched it the past weeks, all seasons and the OVA. I was even better than I remembered it. I think I'll have to adjust my ratings on MAL website, shame there is no option to give .5 "grades". I am reluctant to give anything a 10, since that means it's flawless, but especially season 3 deserves at least a 9.5, as 9 is just too low.

This song is so complex, a real masterpiece. This much effort into an OP is commendable by the people who made the music and the directors of the anime
Starting 9:16 is the best part for me. It give a whole new vibe, like a combination of nostalgic one, a day where everything returned to what it's supposed to be, a time when a conquest has been finished, like a finale. It gives me the goosebumps
kinda same since i finally watched it on the internet instead of waiting for a tv broadcast and read the manga after seeing kanon gain her memories of keima...
I love how 1:12 to 1:59 shows that Keima is taking his role as MC much more seriously in Season 3, as well as that he has regrets over the decisions that he has made. The development for him is God-like, no pun intended.
"Life is sometimes unfair" indeed, that we didn't get more of this 😢 one of my favorite shows growing up, it will forever hold a special place in my heart as a show that never faltered
Apollo's part starting with "Don't feel sorry, it was not your fault" hits hard after watching the first episode of season 3 and how Keima was affected by what happened.
WOW. The OPs' full versions are so amazing, with their length. The first OP (God only knows) was eight minutes, the second OP (A whole new world God only knows) was three minutes, and this song is like THIRTEEN minutes. I like that the original versions are short and simple, but the full versions tell us more stories about the songs.

Nostalgia hits hard with this..... and to anyone who havnt read the manga yet, do it. The ending isnt for everyone, i.e. me........., but the journey was well worth it. At last Keima saw all goddesses
it was quite a shock one right, like i did not see that one coming neither but yeah it was worth spending my time reading it until the very end... still wished it could get adaptated if only they didn't get bankrupted ;-;
I never listened to this song all the way through. Oh my gosh, that ending gave me chills. What a beautiful way to celebrate the legacy of the series with the callback to the first opening and ending whispering the name like that. This song just moved so much farther up my "I love it list"
I agree that there will never be anything like twgok ever made again but there are still good anime out there. Just gotta look a little harder to find something good.

in the manga Keima conquers more girls than in the anime I recommend you read the manga It won't be as good as the anime though because the manga was created a long time ago
because there will be some short comics in the volumes And at the end of the last volume there will be a part where the goddesses will compete with each other over who will get Keima.
Wow, I just got a wave of nostalgia wash over me. I remembered watching this back then on Animax of all places. Times were truly simpler when I was younger...
I finished the whole series during quarantine and I was completely fell in love with the writing, the characters the story and the music. Now I'm patiently waiting here, for the final season to be animated.
Every once in a while I reread the manga it’s so good and if you didn’t know, the anime doesn’t cover the final (and my personal favourite) arc from the manga. I heavily recommend the manga
I believe the company that made the show went under a few years back. I hate to burst everyone's bubble, but we might have to just be happy with the 3 seasons we got. At least we got that much. Hopefully another studio will recover it and maintain the music and OP quality, cause hot damn, I'd watch this show just for the OP even if I hated the rest of it, and I loved it all, so even better!

Only the Manglobe studios mastered all three seasons. Only they could stop the ruthless studios. But when the world needed them the most, they disappeared.
Its barely been a month since I finished the series and now I am carrying out a rewatch of the anime and rereading the manga side by side to compare them. Gotta say its rare to see an anime adaptation this good like S1 and S2

Indeed. I'm currently at the two final episodes of season 3. I loved the show from the beginning, my standards and expectations were high for season 3. But then after finally catching up on the parts of the manga that were skipped, and finally starting the first episode of season 3, I was still blown completely out of the water. Probably one of the best first episodes of a season I've seen in a long long time. And throughout the season as well, I've smiled, I've awwwed, I've cried, I've been pushed to the edge of my seat, and most importantly I have laughed. Masterpiece is truly the right word. I can't say for certain yet, but this anime may be among my top three of all time.
You should read the manga in unison with watching the anime because there are certain things the anime missed out, and the anime doesn't reach the end of the manga. You can find a guide online

TWGOK is surely one of the most ambitious anime project in history. Not only the animation quality is high, all the soundtracks are very beautiful. And they managed to achieve this for all the three seasons!
Too bad Manglobe -- the studio who produced this, went bankrupt and we won't see another season of this masterpiece.

I re-watched it the past weeks, all seasons and the OVA. I was even better than I remembered it. I think I'll have to adjust my ratings on MAL website, shame there is no option to give .5 "grades". I am reluctant to give anything a 10, since that means it's flawless, but especially season 3 deserves at least a 9.5, as 9 is just too low.

WOW. The OPs' full versions are so amazing, with their length. The first OP (God only knows) was eight minutes, the second OP (A whole new world God only knows) was three minutes, and this song is like THIRTEEN minutes. Nostalgia hits hard with this..... and to anyone who havnt read the manga yet, do it. The ending isnt for everyone, i.e. me........., but the journey was well worth it. At last Keima saw all goddesses
it was quite a shock one right, like i did not see that one coming neither but yeah it was worth spending my time reading it until the very end... still wished it could get adaptated if only they didn't get bankrupted ;-;

I never listened to this song all the way through. Oh my gosh, that ending gave me chills. What a beautiful way to celebrate the legacy of the series with the callback to the first opening and ending whispering the name like that. This song just moved so much farther up my "I love it list"

TWGOK is one of my all time favorite anime ever and it will not changed in the future
in the manga Keima conquers more girls than in the anime
I recommend you read the manga
It won't be as good as the anime though because the manga was created a long time ago
because there will be some short comics in the volumes
And at the end of the last volume there will be a part where the goddesses will compete with each other over who will get Keima.

Wow, I just got a wave of nostalgia wash over me. I remembered watching this back then on Animax of all places. Times were truly simpler when I was younger...

I finished the whole series during quarantine and I was completely fell in love with the writing, the characters the story and the music.
Now I'm patiently waiting here, for the final season to be animated.

Every once in a while I reread the manga it’s so good and if you didn’t know, the anime doesn’t cover the final (and my personal favourite) arc from the manga. I heavily recommend the manga

I believe the company that made the show went under a few years back. I hate to burst everyone's bubble, but we might have to just be happy with the 3 seasons we got. At least we got that much. Hopefully another studio will recover it and maintain the music and OP quality, cause hot damn, I'd watch this show just for the OP even if I hated the rest of it, and I loved it all, so even better!

@@nimitzpro Anime Studios born and die everyday. And the Kami Nomi's studios went bankrupt because the following anime they produced after Megami-Hen wasn't near successful as it, so they couldn't stand producing another anime. Sad, but that's life.
Condolences, but that's how time shifts in the anime world.... Nothing is eternal, we have to accept that.
We'll all going bankrupt someday, but this studio at least leaves a legacy.

Only the Manglobe studios mastered all three seasons. Only they could stop the ruthless studios. But when the world needed them the most, they disappeared.

You know, after remembering this anime, I always need to remember the fucking ridiculously long songs it has as the opening themes.
And these are the shortest pieces on their class, Oratorio.
Its barely been a month since I finished the series and now I am carrying out a rewatch of the anime and rereading the manga side by side to compare them.
