Really enjoying your content. Your narration is pretty exacting to my inner monologue when I toss a fly; it's like watching myself except you're 35 years younger. From one southpaw to another,☮ from North Idaho 🎣
There are bull trout as long as your leg in there. Ive never had a trip where at least one of my hooked fish wasnt chased by giant bulls. And yes its one beautiful place.
One of the hundreds, if not thousands of pretty trout streams in the u.s. there's a couple dozen spots in washingorn that I know of that are virtually identical to this spot. Always nice to find a good spot
I just had some smoked whitefish for dinner. From Lake Superior. For eating, I'll take a whitefish any day over a cutt. For beauty I'd take the brookie. And the cutt? Well, that's in a category all by itself. Thanks for sharing. sw
North Idaho Native right here. Sandpoint. I know where this is. Love your content. I kinda hate that we have to Gate keep places like this so they don’t get ruined.
I'm a new sub to your channel. Love it, I so want to learn to fly fish. Currently as of today july 28. I'm stuck in a wheelchair in a physical rehabilitation facility in Renton washington. This weekend I get discharged, and my friends from Hayden Idaho will be taking me home with them . When I can walk again I will be fishing North Idaho. Oh my Rod !
What are gorgeous spot, with beautiful fish! I do have one concern… It seems like you may be holding the fish out of the water longer than is healthy for them. I mean no offense, I am just concerned for the fish.
Great content, as always. I live in Grangeville so hit me up if you need a host/ fishing companion for the day. I’m 20 minutes from the Southfork of the Clearwater, 90 minutes from the Selway and Lochsa, 3 hours from NorthFork of the Clearwater/ Cayuse Creek/ Weitas Creek, 4 hours from the St. Joe, some of the most under rated rivers in Idaho.
Looks like trout heaven. Everyone should get a chance to experience water and a setting like that. It will change your life...
It was! And I absolutely agree, something you’ll never forget!
Wow… this river leaves me speechless! Your channel deserves some more love
Thank you so much 😀
Great video. Beautiful waters... keep on adventuring and finding those hidden places 🤘
Thanks so much and will do! 🙌🔥
I have to agree with you. This stream is beautiful. You're lucky to live by so many great fishing streams.
Thanks so much! I’m very fortunate to get about to fish these places!
Tundra, flyrod, camera and a dream! Ur da man! Awesome water! Tightlines!

That’s awesome! This is by far one of the prettiest streams I’ve fished but I know there are thousands of others just as gorgeous in its own way! 🙌
This is what dreams are made of

What’s the difference between the rods you’re carrying.
Silly question but I've never fly fished before.. do you ever keep any of those to eat?
Not a silly question! Great question, I’m strictly a catch n release fly fisherman. Not a big fan of the taste of trout, just love to chase them!
I'm assuming this is somewhere in Idaho.
You have amazing streams in Idaho. Maybe even better than Montana. Certainly less pressured.
Yeah! It is, however I’ve fished some water in Montana are beautiful in their own way!
look likes the Clark Fork area, was literally just there.
That’s awesome! It’s gorgeous that was as well!
It’s looks more like the north fork of the cda
Phenomenal water! Everything here is CO is still blown out 😭
There is still some fishing to be had in CO just gotta know where to look!
Yup! Which is why I’m exploring high alpine lakes & streams tomorrow 😊
@@DGaydon heck yeah! Go get em!
They should be coming down soon enough! I just hit an alpine lake this weekend. Just as fun as river fishing at times! 🙌🔥
Sign up for TrourToutes like he was and you will be set. 😊
That’s right!! Linked in the description 🙌

All fish swam off strong and hard! I try my very best to give them lots of water!
I don’t see you carrying any bear defense ? Curious about that
I don’t! But I should 😂 too focused on getting to the river to fish to think about my life….
They ALL look like this. Trout do not live in ugly places.
100% they live in the best places on earth.

Thanks so much!! I’ll keep you in mind when I’m out that way! 🙌🔥
Grant, I said it before; 'You need an intervention!'. You're a 'fish-aholic', admit it you need help bro... Can I tag along next time?
😂 I do… but I love itttt! Message me on instagram, I’d love to setup a day/time to get a bunch of fisherman together to fish and hangout!
If you don’t care taste of trout I bet the white fish would be more enjoyable to eat!!
I’ve heard whitefish are great!
You lost me at “Stay on BRO”
This river with a bunch of wild cutthroat trout is amazing.
Thanks so much!!
